Arby's — Restaurant in Upper Macungie Township

Well they might respond to your review, but clearly they don’t correct anything. Gave them multiple chances and each time something was wrong. Today, they gave us the wrong sandwich, and admitted they knew they grabbed the wrong one when packing the order. Does that mean they just hoped we wouldn’t know that the sandwich we overpaid for was even smaller than what we ordered? While I was waiting, the angry woman doing drive thru saw multiple people standing at the counter waiting and said loudly “I’m doing drive thru and not going to the counter.” And proceeded to take drive thru orders while the line grew. Then she was complaining she was supposed to leave at 11:00, but it was currently 11:20. It may be fast food, but I expect to get what I ordered and not have to listen to people complain about customers inconveniencing them. Well the food was just freaking incredible for an Arby's. It was so much better tgan the Pottstown location. In fact my mouth is watering just thinking about it now. Idk but their standards are obviously very high here, plus I was on lunch break from work and in a huge hurry and despite two people in front of me, one was probably about 86 years old, the other I think was his grandfather I don't think it was possible for them to ordered any slower but they still got me out of there with my bag of food and I didn't miss work I was able to eat my sliders I mean I wasn't late getting back to work and I was able to eating my sliders and one of my potato cakes save my deli sandwich for later it was one of the potato cakes and it was still freaking delicious sitting in my car from well I took lunch at 12:30 and I got back about 10 after 1 I was a little late and it was still delicious on the way home and I think I stayed an extra two and a half...

Your heart should never sink or a lump in your stomach when you go to order your food I don’t know what all the commotion is. I tried to order off the app. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes. There seem to be a big deal about that and also asking not to have a bun on my sandwich to cut carbs, I was charged an extra two dollars. The sandwich is already over $18. This is not acceptable. It does not cost 20+ dollars for two sandwiches. I ordered the half pound double beef and cheddar. I should be able to have lettuce and tomatoes on there if I ask for them.

They positioned all the ingredients in the each cardboard box perfectly it was very delicious. Just don’t agree with the price. I wish people would smile more everywhere.
