Panda & Fish — Restaurant in Upper Macungie Township

This restaurant is absolutely horrible!!! I ordered a General Tso chicken meal with a egg roll tonight.. About 45 after I ordered my food I get a call from the driver saying he forgot he had my delivery in his car and he was already on his way home. He then said that he was only 10 mins away and he would be right here. No problem. Another 35 mins go past so I call the restaurant and ask what's going on. They told me that it was raining to hard for the driver to get back to me at the moment and be patient. I told them that I had to much patience and that i wanted a refund or my food within 5 minutes. I got hung up on. I called the driver and asked what was going on. He stated to me that the rain was coming down pretty hard and that he was 10 mins away. I understand the rain makes people driver more cautious. I am a truck driver but if you were 10 mins away 35 mins ago and you're still 10 mins away. That tells me you never left. I called the store back for a refund they said just keep waiting 5 more minutes. This place is so unprofessional and rude. Do not spend your money at this establishment. They took my money and I got no food. So looks like I'm eating chips tonight. Yay. Thanks...

I've only ordered from here twice so far. Each time I was met with some of the rudest customer service I've run into. Recently a CHILD answered the phone and started taking my order. Then an adult woman took over half way through. Each time I felt rushed, to a point that the woman on the other end seemed annoyed to even be on the phone. I understand the concept of getting off the phone as soon as possible so that you can get the food ready and help others, but this is ridiculous. Then I hear a sigh when I say I need to pay with a card. If you are this busy that you don't have time to run someone's card through over the phone to pay for the food that they just ordered, then you need to figure out a more efficient way to deal with that. Don't make the customer feel guilty for ordering from your store. Over all the food is pretty good, I have no complaints about that. Just the customer service...

Literally just finished eating sushi for the first time. My friend from work gave me spicy tuna and a regular shrimp roll. ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING. The soy sauce makes it even more delicious. I am now addicted to sushi. Thanks lol.

Update: I have been here twice since my first experience and it is terrible. The guy is wonderful. He has a kind soul and beautiful personality. THE WOMAN IS VERY BRAVE WITH HER DAMN ATTITUDE. she has a stick up her ass for sure. IF YOU SEE HER JUST LEAVE and maybe have it delivered? She is so mean and constantly has an attitude. Terrible...
