I am incredibly disappointed. Even if they were slow, I was fine with it because they were kind people working. Dunkins like these depend on regular customers, customers that come by every day for the same drink. That is how they make their money. It is sad to see when the staff does not care or treat these regular customers nice. This blonde haired girl has gotten on my nerves on countless occasions. Like I do not even care if you messed up my drink, I will be patient and let you fix it, however what annoys me is the look she gives. The way she just stares and makes you feel unwelcome. Please. I would rather go the extra two minutes to the other dunkin and get coffee from there instead of deal with her attitude. She is new, the rest of the staff is kind. Even the slow guy at night, he is still a great guy and is kind and welcoming. I just cannot deal with people who stare and make you feel like youre being annoying by coming to buy a coffee.
Update, I also went there a couple of days ago in the morning to grab a latte on the go, they made the drink wrong with so much sugar I could not drink it. So I put it aside and had to throw it out as I had already left dunkin. Later after work I came by and explained that to the same girl, expecting her to offer a free drink or a discount, as I paid 5 dollars for a drink that I did not even drink, and she just glared with a straight face. Not offering anything, she said "ok. you want a drink? $4.23" Like excuse me. So I told her, no, just do not make it. I will go elsewhere. I purchased 3 drinks and they were not made correctly. Two of the drinks were the same drink - an iced latte with 1 1/2 pump peanut butter and an extra shot of espresso. They both were of bad quality. They both looked and tasted like two different drinks.. even though they were the same. I had to pull Back around the drive they because the doors and lobby were closed…FOR NO REASON!
I spoke to the manager and she automatically refused to give me new remade drinks and then I asked her for a refund since she refused making the drinks but she also refused me a refund. Disgusting behavior from the store manager especially because I have been coming to Dunkin’ Donuts for years, spend hundreds of dollars here and use to work at Dunkin’ Donuts.
Your manager her name begins with an S and she’s Indian and needs to learn how to take feedback and fix an issue instead of refuse to fix a wrongly made drink. Her attitude was embarrassing. Read moreThere is a very real lack of professionalism and customer service at this Dunkin Donuts location. I stopped through the drive through one day after work for a coffee and a snack. The drive through worker did not offer me a credit card receipt, though they never do at this particular location. When I got home, I noticed that I had been charged twice in the same amount. I immediately called the store and talked to a young boy who had no idea what he was talking about but insisted I continue explaining myself to him. I told him exactly what I got, how much the charges were, what time I had gone through the drive through, and that I had been charged twice. He said I wasn’t and that he had a receipt. He then told me to talk to the assistant manager. I re-explained my entire story to another young man who said he couldn’t help me and that I would need to come into the store to talk to the manager the next morning because he had a receipt showing that I hadn’t been charged twice (a receipt shows one transaction, that does not prove AT ALL that I wasn’t charged two separate times!!!). I stopped in the next morning to talk to the manager who simply shoved the receipt toward me and said, “You weren’t charged twice, here’s a receipt.” ????
