Terrible Food & Even Worse Customer Service

We ordered a large white pizza and a buffalo chicken stromboli—and both were a huge disappointment. The white pizza, no exaggeration, tasted like rubber. It was hard, super greasy, and way too chewy. The stromboli was barely edible, but definitely not enjoyable.

I called King’s Pizza to let them know how bad the food was. I told the woman on the phone the pizza was disgusting, and instead of being understanding, the manager argued with me, insisting their pizza was good and “not disgusting.”

I told her, “Ma’am, I’m the customer. I’m telling you my whole family didn’t like it. I just want my money back.” She kept pushing back until I finally had to say, “All you needed to say was, ‘I’m sorry it didn’t work out.’” But she just kept going on about how great their food is. Unprofessional and rude.

She eventually said we could get a refund—but only if we drove back to the store. And of course, we never got the refund. So now we’re out money for food that nobody could eat, and left with a terrible experience all around.

I’m seriously shocked this place has 4 stars. That’s the only reason we tried it—but now I’m wondering if those reviews are just from friends or family. Based on our experience, the food is bad and the customer service is worse.

We ordered four cheeseburgers two subs, garlic knots, breaded cauliflower, french fries and two pizzas from this business and we were extremely unpleased. They were out of bacon. They were out of hamburger buns. We were missing cheese on two of our burgers. All of that they NEVER called to tell us this happened. They never called to tell us our card didn’t work. And when we called to complain she told us it wasn’t her problem and they didn’t have “time”. We spent $71.00 at this place and it wasn’t worth a single penny. The burgers were overdone completely. I ordered 2 pizzas today to pick up. When I went in with my mask on no one was wearing a mask ! Customers and staff no mask covering their faces. 2 men sitting at a table smoking cigarettes like its 1980!! I thought I should just walk out but I had hungry kids waiting for dinner! I bought the pizzas and when my kids started eating they both said it was “the worst” they ever tried! I admit it was pretty bad! The pepperoni was disgusting and the plain pizza sucked !
