This restaurant was amazing from arrival to departure. The staff was so friendly they sat us down right away. The drinks were awesome . I had a key lime pie tini, and a strawberry peach sangria, and they were both tasty, light and airy they were not strong and not too weak the perfect amount of alcohol. Then we got the fried calamari, which were devoured, super tasty and a delight. That was followed by salad and crab sheet soup that was absolutely phenomenal. After that we were presented with a lemon sorbet, which was super airy and fluffy and it was just the right amount before dinner was served. Once the entrées came, everyone’s dinner was delicious and full of flavor, and you can tell that chef just put such effort into the food. It was a great experience. I will be providing some pictures below some of the dinners that we got were the crabcake with pea risotto, the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus, the seafood paella, Cuban sandwich, and finally the duck duo, and I must say there was absolutely not one dish that disappointed in any kind of way! This is my new go to along with my family and friends. We enjoyed the heck out of Madeline’s. The owner came and spoke to us. She was super sweet. We enjoyed her company. I will be going here many more times and if you go, you will see why this place gets five stars because I couldn’t give a 10.

As a professional DJ, I’ve worked at countless venues, but Madeline’s in Fogelsville, PA, truly stands out as an exceptional location for any event. I had the privilege of DJing the Cetronia Fire Department’s holiday party here on December 14th, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team at Madeline’s was incredibly accommodating and professional, making sure I had everything I needed to deliver the best possible experience for the guests. Their attention to detail and seamless communication made setup a breeze, which is so important for vendors like myself. The venue itself is beautiful, offering a perfect mix of elegance and comfort. The layout was ideal for both dining and dancing, and the ambiance created a warm, festive atmosphere that everyone loved. And let me talk about the food, absolutely incredible! Guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious dishes, from appetizers to entrees. Madeline’s truly delivers on both quality and presentation, making it a top choice for anyone planning a holiday party, corporate event, or special occasion in the Fogelsville area. If you’re looking for a venue that’s easy to work with, stunning to look at, and perfect for hosting unforgettable events, I can’t recommend Madeline’s Fogelsville enough.

We decided to give Madeline's a try last night for the first time. We were seated in the side room, left of the entrance. I would not call it cozy, but nice enough where the benefits were it was quiet and our waitress (Grace) was great! But the cars parking on the side, more than once shown their headlights on us. It almost has a back room of a diner feel to it. The other side by the bar was more lively and had nice touches like a glass fireplace on the wall of a booth. We got the ahi tuna appetizer which was fresh and tasty. Followed by the butternut squash which was rich and creamy. The main course was a NY dry aged steak perfectly cooked to medium rare. The meat melted in your mouth. For sides, a loaded baked potato with bacon and asparagus. We finished it off with the cheese cake trio, which were fantastic and perfect for sharing. Overall, we were impressed and felt attended too by the waitress and owner who stopped by to ensure everything was great. We did reserve with a note we were celebrating an anniversary and they did take time to acknowledge that. Not sure why after years of driving by this place or not putting it on our list of restaurants to consider we went, but glad we did and we will be back.

Food- Calamari was very CHEWY! Definitely frozen product. Pizza was either a par-baked or premade crust. Goat cheese tasted like mostly ricotta mixed with too much wine and had no seasoning. The fig jam on top is definitely costing them money. They could do a smaller amount. In fact, the gooey toppings were generous but lacked flavor. Some fresh herbs and salt would have been great! Crust has to go. $20 check

Atmosphere- Outdated music and decor. Felt like the early 80s, but not in an intentional or fun way. The music was sappy 70s love songs. Over and over. Clean. Hotel like decor on walls. Also, we saw six TVs from our seat but there seemed to be more in an adjacent space! No romance there.

Service - Our server was of an age that should be confident in their vocation but was awkward and extremely nervous. Outdated service steps. Food is served, as in a diner, on large trays with stands and a desserttray is presented by servers as well. The young lady, I think one of the several managers on duty, who served our food asked if we wanted RANCH with our Goat Cheese & Fig pizza!!!!

Drinks - Being a bartender, I found the vigorously pre-shaken cocktails left in the tins & poured tableside to be the reason other reviewers have found their cocktails "watered down". Also, the bartender lost the top of her shaker and spilled the contents on her table. Besides serving better tasting cocktails, there would be an opportunity to up their garnish game if the cocktails were served in glasses.

We are locals, in our late 30s and early 40s, both working in restaurants and we live 15 minutes away but will not return.

For local dinner or brunch, we love Curious Goods at Bake Oven Inn. Farm to table and chef owned. Excellent food. If you work nearby for a lunch break try Don Juans. For a pizza seriously consider Weis markets. Fogelsville, could use a local restaurant willing to realize and execute the standards of fresh tasting food we...

Aesthetically this place is a 4 star, but the food and the customer services definitely lacks!!!!!. I came here on my lunch break and ordered me two things mind you I ordered calamari and a crabcake with sweet potato fries. Mind you the calamari order was so damn small. It was like for a child and it taste super gummy so I had two bites and sent it back; the waitress Jules act like she had a Damn problem. So then, my crab cake and a sweet potatoes came out that was really good. I told the waitress make sure she takes the calamari off because I didn’t like it. She comes back with the bill and it still had the calamari on it. Mind you had to tell her again to take it off. She came back and she split the cost of that in half. I said no take it off!! so she sent over the manager who act like she had A problem as well I feel I’m being the most professional one there. Mind you when she walked over and she said YEAH I said what do you mean Yeah??? she said you sent me over here. I was like no your waitress sent you over here. I’m telling you that I didn’t like the calamari. she said well you ate half of it. I said I didn’t eat half of it. The portion was so damn small. I took two bites of it and It. So we’re going back-and-forth I’m telling her to listen I have money that’s not a problem. Your food wasn’t just that good. It was gummy so she finally took off the order and then the waitress comes by and put the bills on the table and just walks away… I will never come here again, and I will never recommend anyone to come here. Like I said aesthetically this place that looks very nice, but the customer...

Facility and environment were super cool and my wife and I had our Hope's up for this new place. It's off the path, traffic is minimal and easy to get to. The outdoor seating is pretty sweet as well. Everybody was friendly and courteous, but man...the pleasantries stopped there. We had an 8pm reservation. Got there early and sat at the bar. 3 people behind the bar and 10 patrons sitting at the bar. 4 of which already had food in front of them and still took 10min to be acknowledged by 1 of 3 bartenders. Given drink menus and waited another 10 minutes. Never got a drink before we were sat for our reservation. Once we were sat it took another 10min to see our server and get menus and order drinks, another 20 before we saw her again to take our order. 40 minutes later we got our food without a check in from our server. Our server did not write down our order. We both got a steak (different cuts) and they were cooked backwards...my strip steak was medium well and her filet was medium rare....we asked for the opposite way around. We were not given steak knives and couldnt find our server anywhere, nor did she check in with us once we got our food. We get better service and food at hometown diner down the road for $15 per plate instead of $40 per plate. The Lehigh valley is overflowing with good restaurants and if want to run a high price point establishment you had better step your game up. The manager did credit my steak, but I doubt we will...
