Visited this Wendy location Saturday 21st in the afternoon - Place as always was very clean, Bathrooms well kept. Tables and floors clean. Had a wonderful experience . But I will mention this. I did need to speak to the manager that afternoon regarding a rather unpleasant cashier. The Manager was incredibly professional , polite and apologetic, I could tell he expects more from his employees. The situation was a cashier , an older woman who was not very polite. I do feel she needs etiquette training. While I was in the restroom I witnessed her being loud , rude and disrespectful to a fellow employee of hers who was also in the restroom. This was so embarrassing, unprofessional and there is no excuse to conduct yourself in that manner ever. And what was worse is she didn't seem to care that I could hear her. I do want to give a shout out to another cashier that was absolutely fantastic - Her name escapes me at the moment but she was Caucasian had blondish hair that was up in a ponytail and the lower portion of her hair shaved down/cut short. What a kind and professional soul she was. I had a large order , as there was a group of us and she without being asked helped me carry my items to my table and confirmed that we had everything we needed and even said don't hesitate to let her know if she could grab us any to go bags if we had and left overs. I even briefly remember having a brief conversation with her about her bike and she too talked with my cranky 5 year old and made him smile/laugh. THAT is why this is my favorite location and why I choose to keep Wendy's my favorite go to spot for lunch (especially this specific location) . its the employees that pay attention and reach out to help whenever they can. This type of trait cant be taught. A big thank you to the Manager , the Female employee who helped me and to most of the team there . Great Job everyone! Keep up the great work :) Two of Wendy's core values are “Do the Right Thing” and “Give Something Back, Thank you Team from my family...
Read moreI went there for lunch today because I needed food in a hurry. The drive-thru line was long, so I decided it would be best to go inside to the counter. When I stepped into the building, the floor was so slick it felt like I could skate on it. It was truly difficult to keep my footing. There were a couple in line in front of me who told the employee taking orders about the floor. I didn't hear the employee's answer but the same customer asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came forward and hear the man's concern about the slick floor, the manager said, "That's just the way it is. When the air conditioner comes on, it won't be slick." That customer bought his food, and I was next. When I approached the counter, the employee turned his attention to the drive-through. He was the only employee taking orders at both stations. I asked if anyone could take my order, and the employee said he had to wait on the customer at the drive through first and then he'd be "right with me." The manager was standing just behind him and never even made eye contact with me or any other customer. One customer, who had been at the counter when I entered the restaurant, had already walked out without ordering, shaking his head. Furthermore, Covid safety was clearly not a concern with the manager and his staff. The manager was wearing his mask below his nose, and halfway down on his mouth, and the employee taking orders wasn't wearing one at all. At this point, after 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. If this is the way they treat their customers, how do they prepare their food?! I hope no one falls and gets hurt on that ridiculously...
Read moreCame here a few times recently but the last visit was ridiculous. They are always closed earlier than they say. Most recent time I placed an order on the app, picked it up and I waited in line for about 15 minutes before actually getting my order. The guy in front of us in the drive through got the incorrect order, which was most likely mine but I can’t say for sure. Then I get told by a manager that they had no fries left, and no chocolate frosty. I was ticked. They then gave me extra chicken nuggets. Mind you, the line at this place is usually long. The line was nuts once I finally got my order after waiting for 15 minutes. I then look and here I’m missing part of my order! I wasn’t waiting in line again. Luckily I saw the lady walk out to the guy who was before us, she then went back in and got me my missing order and gave an extra. Overall this lady was nice and fixed the issue but this company needs to get their stuff straight and get this location more help. On top of this, the sign and speaker with screen is so outdated. Plus most of the time I come here, the people in the drive through are ignorant or just careless. I used to love Wendy’s. More than any other fast food chain but this location along with others is going down the tubes. After issue after issue with this location, I can’t stand to come...
