KFC — Restaurant in Upper Macungie Township

Update Decided to get take out for dinner. Drive thru was fast with courteous service and prepared quickly. When I got home my order was perfect and exactly as I ordered with nothing missing. The meal was delicious with moist and juicy chicken and fantastic sides. Thank you for your consistently great service and food.

Stopped for some take out and I was very pleased with the service and the food. Although I have been a fan of KFC , it has been awhile so I was pleased to see the quality of the food is still good. This location only offers drive thru or del thru grub or DD because they are so under staffed. I was unaware I could not walk in to order food but the employee was kind enough to take my order at the walk up window. My food was served quickly and my order was perfect, with special instructions followed as I requested. Went with an 8 piece meal with mashed, Mac, and Cole slaw, along with biscuits. At what time been lazy is enough? How this works lobby is close at 8pm and I show up at 7:40 and it was close that a manager approve that was not just a employee, i which you guys been less lazy and more productive, you think we show up to this places just to bother you? Hello my name is Dennis I came to this establishment right after a long days at work I had my mind on those wings I asked for 6 honey bbq and 6 spicy and they gave me 12 spicy just to top it off my chicken is old I ate two and couldn’t eat anymore I even told the drive thru guy that I think I’m missing wings he then ask the guy who was preparing another order and said that it was in the box I got home and no honey bbq they have to do better and make sure you don’t give people old or reheated food please and thank you...
