Dunkin' — Restaurant in Upper Moreland Township

I moved back to PA earlier this year and this is my closest Dunkin now, and I’m so lucky that it is. All of the staff at this location are so freaking sweet and strike up conversations with me and ask how I’m doing almost every time. Sometimes they stick an extra donut or two in my bag if they’re out of what I originally wanted or sometimes, it seems like they do it just because. Some staff members even have my drink order memorized and I know it’s their job to communicate with customers but I always feel welcomed coming here. Not just that, but my drink is made exactly the right way pretty much 98% of the time, and it makes me so happy because I don’t like change, lmao. It’s probably not the healthiest thing to get an iced coffee every day but it makes me happy, and this Dunkin nails it basically every single time. I’m a little embarrassed at how often I come here, but it’s worth it because I always leave the drive through smiling or feeling a little better, because they take the time to chat with me and ask how I’m doing. Whoever does the hiring at this location knows how to pick out the best young people in the area. Thank you for making my daily routine just as sweet every single day, and I’ll see y’all tomorrow :)

p.s. the new triple chocolate muffin is amazing, and if you want the tastiest iced coffee, get a medium with 3 cream and 4 French...

I am very disappointed at the conditions of the coffee shop. Firstly it was frighteningly hot, even just being inside for 5 minutes had my body feeling sluggish, I couldn't imagine how people with medical conditions could be expected to eat there. Also, the building lacks cleanliness, massive flies were seen flying around the donuts and I wouldn't be surprised if they were being touched by them as well. I had mentioned to the manager that this had made me feel uncomfortable for which he ignored me and left without saying a word. On another note I'd like to thank the 2 female employees working the register at night who helped make this experience easier. do yourself a favor and DONT come to this location. They always get my order wrong or the drinks taste watered down !!!!!! The other day I ordered 4 hot lattes for me and some friends and they gave me iced. I told them politely that I wanted hot and they literally started yelling and screaming saying I ordered iced. They really made a big fit saying I was wrong when I literally had someone in the car to back me up. I was just so shocked by their attitude when it was literally their own fault. Any other place would have apologized and made the right order. I ended up getting frustrated and asked for my money back. I’ve always noticed they always have some attitude but I would ignore it since it’s right near my house. I’ll never be coming here again after...
