Sad to have to change my review from a 5 to a 2 becouse there food is awesome... update Oaks Pizza has just lost my buisness for ever... and I hope the 100 people who read this review every day Boycott this place just on principle... So after 4 months of already delivering food to house...They call me and try feed me this have Imaginary 5 mile circle they deliver food too. so now after 4 months of having a minimum of 40$ in food + 2.50$ charge and tipping a minimum of $5 They will not no longer deliver to my house my house is less than 5 airplane miles... and 5.32 driving miles.. airplane miles is typically how you would do a radius of a circle measure it is done in air plane miles... What's comical to me is I have 5.32 mile so little more than 1/4 of a mile out of their circle if they already brought me food for 4 months . Now they want to deny me as a customer after delivering to me because I'm 1/4 mile outside of a Imaginary circle.... that's bad I even offered an extra dollar or two. Best part is my house is honestly two turns from their shop...

Saddest part is they know i order $200 to $300 of food they can see on the computer the new name when you call what usually order how often you order... I am just very dissatisfied with the way they wanna conduct business now.

The only reason I get get my food deliveries Is because I'm watching my 2 small kids one... and ones is about to go to bed or one's asleep already... I'm not writing this review out of anger or to be ignorant and I'm not frustrated.... I waited a week to write this review once google sent me an email saying my review helped 122 people... I just don't understand how they can do something one way for 4 months then 1 night ... they bring me my food delivery

Than They call me an hour later leaving me an important message I thought they were calling me for refrigeration work or they had a cooler down... no not that... she calls to tell me they can no longer bring me food... becouse my house is outside the circle.... That's why I wrote this review because you don't treat your customers that are loyal to you good then what's the point? As a business owner myself... I want repeatable customers not one time customers... But anyway thanks a lot your food was always Delicious sorry your circle...

The reason for my 3 star rating... This was my 3rd time ordering from this place, food is great; however, too many young adults with NO customer service! However, It's great that your place of business employee young adults that want to work! I placed my order and ask if you honor military discount, the young man didn't know so he asked a young lady who I assumed was the acting manager, her reply was "NO!" She didn't even bother to address me with " ma'am I do apologize we don't give military discount at this time" something to that affect. However, instead she went back to eating and conversing with the staff in the lobby, so I sat in the lobby waiting for my food, she (acting manager)passed by and didn't even say " good evening" or acknowledged nothing!! So I say all of this to point out, how important good customer service is and first...

Back in the area after years away! Use to hit up Tony’s in Audubon, been here for take out a couple times! I haven’t ordered pizza yet that will come soon, ordered a couple salads…Chef and Antipasto! Lettuce is crisp and fresh, toppings are deli grade lunch meat and deli cheese but good nonetheless! It would be nice to put some sharp provolone and Soprasatta or speck on the antipasto and maybe julienne roasted red peppers…I’ll pay an up charge to have some quality garnish. Food is very good..salads anyway! Can’t wait to try the pizzas, really hope they don’t disappoint!
