UNO Pizzeria & Grill — Restaurant in Upper Providence Township

My family and I came here on a Saturday night. There was no wait when we got in but they were busy. We were seated immediately and someone (not our server) came to our table to take our drink order. She explained (upon delivering our drinks) that she still want our server but our server was hung up doing something and would be over eventually. Normally, I wouldn’t think much about that but then our server did come to our table and told us, in no uncertain terms, that she was not ready for us. She forgot to put in our appetizer order. Our kids make-your-own pizzas were over cooked. The waitress was MIA a good bit. When I ordered a burger she told me “everyone is ordering burgers tonight.” I said “that just mean they’re good!” She actually made a face that would imply otherwise. My husband and I both spent time in the food service industry. I was a horrible waitress and I’m the first to admit it. As a result, I’m pretty forgiving - especially when a staff meme bet is young and possibly weeded. They comped is a beer to make up for the missed wings. At the end of our meal, after we had paid, I chugged my water and found a mystery white substance at the bottom of my glass. I thought it was napkin stuck to the outside. But it was inside. I have no idea what it was. It had no smell or taste (obviously) but it was slimy, thick, and egg white like and just plain odd. Upon telling a hostess about the mystery white thing at the bottom of my glass, we were told “I don’t i wow gat that is...doesn’t look like detergent...want me to show my manager?” We said yes but, after waiting a while (like i had time to go the ladies room and back and coat up the kids), didn’t stay to see what he had to say.

We are usually big Uno fans. I’m just glad this is not our neighborhood Uno bc we would have wrote the whole franchise...

I have had it with the Oaks location! I'm incredulous by the level of incompetence at this location! You need to hire better talent right on through the managers! There is absolutely no excuse for getting all 5 of my pick up orders wrong in the same month! You order online, it sends the order over for preparation all neatly listed. Is it the simple lack of sufficient skill to check a list? If so, that is pitiful. Every order has had at least one pizza wrong. EVERY ONE! Tonight's blunder was TOTALLY MISSING AN ORDERED PIZZA! This time of year, checking a list TWICE should be familiar! To just get an "oh, yeah we didn't see that" when pulling up the order confirmation on my phone is frustraiting! How can you not see that? Read the order should be step one. At least it was when I worked in the back of the house... What solution do you offer? To make it. Oh, great - meanwhile the entire rest of the order gets cold! Further, this was a get the second pie at a discount. Well, thanks for cheating me by offering to take that whole $6 off the bill, which translates to paying too much for the first pie and now not having enough to fill everyone because the staff working here cannot be bothered to check orders for full, accurate completion! February 27 2024 Date night! We sat next to the fire. Super romantic. Pizza never fails to impress. We always get the GF veggy pizza & add ricotta cheese. We also got some drink specials. The hurricane was delicious!

November 7 2023 We haven't been to Unos in over 5 years before I got diagnosed w/ Celiac disease. I signed up for Uno emails & got notified about kids' night! Every Tuesday, for every adult entree bought, a kids entree is free (doesn't include sides or dessert - they're ala carte). Arts & crafts included. Kids' meals huge. Sides offered include roasted veggies, broccoli, or grapes. Grapes were pre-sliced, so I didn't have to worry about choking. Kudos for that!

When I called to make reservations, a manager assured they have GF pizza (separate pans, shared oven). Udi's GF burger rolls, salads, etc. Too. Major precautions made to avoid cross contamination.

This was one of the BEST GF pizzas we've ever had. We've tried LITERALLY DOZENS of GF pizzas. PHENOMENAL. Udi roll didn't disappoint either!

Service was great. Waitress really took care of us. The woman doing arts & crafts was really wonderful, & patient. We sat in a super comfy round booth & the restaurant had a real fire.
