We frequent this location often and usually have a great meal, served in a timely manner with a great server! Never experience longer than normal wait times to be seated or waited on.... until the other night, 7/3/22, we took our college aged son out for dinner, around 7pm (not a rush hour for dinner!)
Our server, Jordyn, was not as upbeat & fast paced as we're used to at this restaurant, and continued to disappoint us throughout our entire meal, as well as not taking the very late appetizer off our check, after I mentioned the guacamole did not taste right!
As Jordyn took our drink/soda orders & also overhead us being indecisive about an appetizer of chips & strongly nudged us towards the trio of chips with queso, salsa & guacamole (which we weren't considering) but we just went with it (since we each usually enjoy guacamole, so it seemed ok).
She came back with our drinks & said our appetizer should be right out.
So, we placed our dinner orders . . . . Waited....
And waited...
AND WAITED! No appetizers!
Finally she came with our chip trio order, placed it down, mumbled/apologized for the long wait; mumbled something about the kitchen ... . trying to get guacamole together ... correctly, ... BUT since were now really hungry for our appetizer, weren't concerned what she mumbled.... until....
Within 3-5 minutes.... OUR HOT DINNERS CAME OUT! BARELY LEAVING US TIME TO DIG INTO OUT APPETIZER!
As we all were enjoying the hot queso, I tried the guacamole.... it wasn't good! Then my son tasted it & made a face & comment that it tasted off as well! But we didn't have time to go back for a 2nd taste because our hot dinner was now in front of us, competing for our attention.
Jordyn was hard to find for soda refills, etc... & when we asked for 3 boxes for taking our unfinished food home, I also requested a NEW container of fresh queso since we didn't have time to enjoy it since our meal were server right afterwards & I told her about the guacamole tasting bad & asked her what she mumbled about it originally. All she said was that the kitchen didn't understand something about this particular trio being served with the 3 items and THAT'S WHAT DELAYED IT SO LONG & CAME OUT LATE!
AT THIS POINT, MANY THINGS WERE GOING WRONG! She did not bring us a fresh container of queso, she did not give my bad guacamole any concern or any attention, and she did NOT BRING ENOUGH BOXES OR TO-GO CONTAINERS FOR OUR UNFINISHED APPETIZERS!
By this time we were all fed up, tired of searching for her! My HUSBAND HAD to GET up and GO ASK ANOTHER SERVER for a to-go box), & we had to go.
So I didn't bring this to a manager's attention, but frustrated by our lack of service, I had to post a review.

Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with this visit again. I gave it 2 stars because the host and waitress was so nice. We went around 2:30 to avoid the lunch and dinner rush. They werenāt busy and we were seated right away. We ordered our drinks and the Boneless Buffalo Bar Pizza. It took about 20 minutes for our pizza to arrive at our table. At first glance it looked good! I grabbed the corner slice to my left which then I realized had one piece of chicken and one pepper on it and was room temperature as if itās been sitting in the back a while. This pizza was lacking on ingredients around the edge and was super dry. We also noticed it had no blue cheese crumbles as advertised. The chicken was chewy and hard. Sadly this was the best thing we had at our visit. Our meal took another 25-30 minutes to arrive as others around us were getting their food before us. I said at one point if another table that sat down after us, gets their food, Iām leaving. When our food finally arrived again, at first glance it looked good. Sadly it wasnāt. Again the food was room temperature, not warm at all. The mozzarella sticks were so white I doubt they ever touched grease. Almost as if they were microwaved. The nachos were all fried stuck together and were soggy. The fries were hard and cold. The chicken sandwich was tough and soggy. Everything was just such a major disappointment. It was to the point, if I complained to a manager they would think Iām a karen. Iām not that kind of person. I hate giving bad reviews. We spent almost $50, wasted 90 minutes patiently waiting and overall feel robbed. Being this was my second visit and it was worse than the first, I donāt recommend...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just want to be clear that the waitress was friendly and polite enough. The restaurant was not that busy as there were plenty of empty seats. We were sat immediately but it was 20 minutes before the waitress first came to the table. After we placed the drink order it was ANOTHER 20 minutes for drinks to be served, and they were staggered at that. We placed our dinner order before the drinks came out. After another 15 minutes the salads were still not yet out. So it's been an hour, we've not had our drinks that long, the salads come out, and less than ONE MINUTE later, the food is served. We eat, get the check, I put out my credit card, the folder is picked-up, and almost another 20 minutes later... It takes 90 minutes to eat at Wild Wings? No thank you. I did not see anyone that looked like a manager (based on apparel and activities) on the floor at all. No one of authority apologized for the undue duration of our meal which means either the waitress didn't tell anyone or no one cared. At the very least we should have received a drink credit or two. I posted this on Facebook and a young lady who I always thought was a competent waitress, and trust, commented that she had worked there and quit because things get far worse than that! Really?
