Logan's Gourmet Pizzeria & Grill — Restaurant in Upper Southampton Township

I made a mistake and somehow gave my neighbors address instead of mine for contactless delivery. After an hour and a half of waiting and not receiving an email from Slice informing us that there was an attempt to deliver our food, I called Logan’s, and they said that the delivery person waited 20 minutes and left the food. Well, they lied, and Instead of leaving it at my neighbor's door, they took our order and resold it. When they resold the pizza, the Slice app continued to say “out for delivery.” Not only that, but my neighbors confirmed that the delivery person waited less than 10 mins. I called Logan’s pizza back and explained to them what my neighbor told me. The man was rude and had an attitude talking over me after I acknowledged and confirmed that the order had the wrong address but that I selected the leave at the door option and that they should’ve left the pizza at the door, he kept stating, “oh but who was it that put in the wrong address? Yeah yeah, that’s what I thought. Talk to Slice. That’s not our problem.” We had prepaid for our food and even gave the driver a 25% tip. Fortunately, Slice did refund us but Logan's pizza stole my money and lied to me. I have never had food from here before and was excited to get our order because it sounds delicious but 100% will not be ordering from here again, especially when they have someone working there who doesn't know how to treat people with respect.

I checked all of the reviews and found plenty of other people have experienced the same poor customer service and rude tactics by this facility. Please save your money and order from somewhere else.

We ordered $75.00 with of food on my birthday. The food arrived 45 minutes late and was cold. Additionally it was missing items. I contacted the store and waited on hold for 30 minutes. Eventually the owner answered and provided excuses for the order. I was promised a refund and never received it. Plenty of other places to order food from. I would pick a place that respects and takes care of their customers.

Spoke to the owner 15 days after the order, after I didn't receive the refund, and he told me he would mail me a check. I called 30 days later and was given more excuses. I finally submitted a dispute to my CC company. He then responded asking what he could do. I offered for him to paypal me the money or send it any other way. He refused.

Let me just start by saying the food is great. However, when I called this evening to order our dinner, I was told they would not deliver to my address. I swiftly googled and confirmed they are but 4 minutes away and less than 2 miles. I knew they had delivered to us on previous occasions. I called back to ask about this, thinking it was a miscommunication, but was told they do not deliver to my zip code (18974). The person who took my call (very professional and nice btw) said it was the manager's direction, so I asked to speak with them.
