My experience was on Memorial Day, around 2:30 PM, stopping in to get donut holes for the BBQ that I was going to. The place was clean, but they were way under-staffed .. people were piling in, only 3 guys working, one left as his shift ended, I was there an enormous amount of time. I used the Order Yourself machine to order 25 donut holes, paid for them, and after 30 minutes decided to order a breakfast sandwich. After some time my order was ready but I only received the breakfast sandwich. Asked where my donut holes were and was told, We don't have any. When I replied that I had already paid for them, I was told, Sorry, I can't help you now, and the guy walked away to continue cooking the other orders. I managed to get the attention of the other worker and asked if he could just refund me for the donuts, and as he tried to do so the cash register froze up. I suggested he just give me 2 regular size donuts to compensate and he did so very kindly. I have to say that I think these young men probably did the best they could under the circumstances, but they need a manager who knows how to staff better. Also, they could use a few lessons on customer service. The young man who refunded my donuts was very sweet; the cook who made my sandwich, not so much. Having been in the food service industry for over 20 years when I was working, the management is responsible for how well their place is running. Honestly, these young men were very young and doing their best .. one did put a call out to their manager early on, since I had arrived, and 45 minutes later they still had no backup help. If no one is on-call, it's up to the manager to come in themself and fill the gap. Where I used to work, there was never a shift where we didn't have 2 people listed on the schedule as on-call. Read moreI have recently started ordering a coffee at the Marmora location on my way to work, the convenience of having a drive through and the coffee I want is the reason I chose Dunkin Donuts over Wawa or another fast food restaurant is the selection. I am writing this review about the service I have received the last 2 days. There is a young man who works the morning shift and the first time I encountered him he was on the drive through ordering menu, the second time he was on the window. He is not helping the image of DD, his attitude on the ordering window was evident that he takes no pride in himself or his service, he sounds snotty and annoyed he also didn’t make my order the way I wanted it, the second time he was on the window and again didn’t make my order the way I asked for it, when I asked for the correct way he acted annoyed and disgusted and I watched him from the window put his dirty hands all over the rim of my cup and put his fingers in it. I canceled and asked for my money back. I hate complaining about service and don’t make a habit of it but this guy needs some more training or maybe some professional help. No one needs a lousy attitude and service with their morning coffee. Read moreWe were only in the area for vacation. I have been to many dunkin Donuts over the years. But this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First they had a kiosk to order from. Which in my opinion is to avoid contact with human beings. So I order. I order reg coffee, 4 orange juices, which I grabbed myself, 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns and 6 Donuts. I'm already turned off because there are flies everywhere including the food. But I press on because I have 3 children to feed. Within minutes my coffee is done. About 10 minutes later hot food is done. All that is left is Donuts that are already done. Some one just needs to get them. So another 10 minutes go by and I had had enough and ask for my Donuts. Granted I did ask for 5 Choc frosted and 1 strawberry with sprinkles. And I received 5 chocolate with sprinkles and 1 plain straw. At this point not worth the effort to complain. I got the impression no one was in charge. Now everyone was working there was no standing around. But there was no what I would call an expediter. No one to finish all the orders.
