We have enjoyed Primo's hoagies from the Chester Springs location for years as it is close to our home. Since it has been under new management we have found that the amount of meat and toppings on the hoagies to be very lacking compared to the previous management and what is expected at any Primo's location. On top of that the last several times that we have ordered from this location they have gotten the order wrong. Last week we ordered four hoagies and three were wrong - either wrong topping/meats (they put ham on the Audie that I ordered instead of roast beef - how do they not know what goes on their own hoagies) or forgot to add one or more of the toppings that were clearly on the receipt taped to the bag.
