Never in my life have I had such a bad customer service experience, and that is not something I say lightly. I ordered a pizza online at 5:42pm. Kept a close watch on the tracker. 6:30 goes by. 6:45. The tracker never made it past the "prep" phase. I signed up for text updates. I constantly refreshed the page. I called them 10 times - yes 10 - and the calls would either got disconnected or go to order managers who were not at the location I was ordering from, and there was nothing they could do to help me. I finally got in my car and drove to the location (which I was pretty sad about because I was hoping to stay in for the evening.) I get there and there is ONE GUY alone in the Domino's, frantically trying to keep up with orders. He kind of glanced over at me without saying anything for a minute, then he came over to talk to me. I told him what happened. He explained they did not anticipate the 50% off deal happening this week, so they didn't have enough staff to meet all the demand. He looked up my order, and he said the order had not even been started, so i asked him to just cancel it entirely. I realize none of this was his fault and I feel for him being in that super frustrating and stressful position, but he also didn't seem too inclined to make up for how my experience went. I would have appreciated a complimentary pizza to come back for another day, or at least a coupon. He muttered sorry and then walked away to keep churning out pizzas, I guess. Still terrible!
Raheim, one of the manager's on duty, is hasty to send out food that is incomplete. Begrudgingly, I submitted another delivery order today, in which Raheim had forgotten to add BUFFALO SAUCE, to the "Specialty Chicken - Classic Hot Buffalo". Upon contact, Raheim got very upset over the phone and hung up after 1m:45s. He now refuses to pick up the phone.

Unfortunately, any chain-restaurant outside of the campus bubble is complete trash.
This location has, consistently, VERY long wait times. You can expect to add at least an hour to your estimated delivery time on, literally, any day of the week. Good luck to you if you try to order on the weekend, even during slow hours.
The drivers at this location are consistently stupid. Multiple drop-offs at the wrong location, the wrong door, the wrong building. Once even, a driver called me regarding my contactless delivery and told me to come outside and find him- that he was not going to come drop it off.
Today- another driver incident. My delivery instructions ask politely to not knock on my door, and to leave the food outside of the door to my location. This guy banged on my door until he heard me coming and then literally turned and ran out to his car. Absolutely despicable, and typical.

Read moreAbsolutely HORRIBLE service!! We ordered one large pizza, it was delivered as a small. We order another pizza afterwards at 11:40pm and it NEVER showed up. Called the guy that delivered our last pizza and said that it was at the store, called again 30 minutes later and he said it was being delivered and was five-six minutes away (We live SEVEN minutes away), more time has passed so we call again and no answer so we waited a little bit and then got a text from the guy and he gave us the managers number. Called the manager (It is now 2:00am!!!!) and he asked the delivery employee if it was delivered. We heard the employee in the background yelling and cussing that he left it at our front door and tried to call and that it went straight to voicemail. LIES. ALL LIES. We had him stay on the phone as we looked outside and there was NOTHING and had NO PHONE CALLS!! So THEN we told him that his employee was lying and he had the audacity to say that his employee has never lied so there was no reason to take it up with them. He’s the MANAGER, therefor, EVERYTHING clearly needs to be taken up with him and needs to DO THEIR JOBS BETTER!!! There was money paid for what was ordered. Money doesn’t grow on trees people!!!!
