I ordered 1 large iced coffee on the app for pick up (it would only allow me to do drive thru, which I did even though I work within walking distance). I got in my car and drove to the building. Got there to 4 cars in front of me, 3 of them moved pretty quickly. Then the car in front of me sat at the speaker for at least 10 minutes before being asked for their order (not that they were looking at the menu, they just weren’t asked to order). Then I got to the speaker, told them my name and was told to pull around. Pulled around and the car in front of me sat for another 5 minutes before someone came to the window. I finally get to the window and no one greets me, all of the staff were inside the store with their masks pulled around their chins and no sense of urgency even though the drive thru line was all the way to the street. After another 5 minutes of sitting there with no one acknowledging me, I leaned in and asked that they bring me my coffee. The man who answered was not apologetic, but actually pretty rude. Read moreOne of the staff members who is often the only one there is particularly boorish. I've been turned away twice 20 minutes before closing because he's already thrown everything away, and claims it's because he has to close before the store actually closes. This would be more understandable if he wasn't so rude and dismissive. He will watch you impatiently (and stand a little too close) as you're browsing, even being the only patrons, and it's clear he thinks patrons are a waste of his time if they need a reasonable amount of time to decide if they want anything else. He also tends to throw orders together in a way that squishes the donuts and makes a mess. The back area is usually in disarray even on quiet days. Usually I can give benefit of the doubt once or twice but this happens EVERY TIME I'm there, including last night (April 6th) around 8pm, and I've heard similar experiences from friends who have also gone in during the evening shift.
Outside of this staff member, the closing time for this location needs to be changed online -- here it says they're open until 12am but the store...

Asked me what size, I said, at least a medium, large if they have it. Pulled around to pay, I saw the guy filling a large cup with regular caffeine coffee. He looked at me, I made a perplexed face, and he slid the cup of coffee off to the side. He came and got my card for payment and I asked him if he was going to give me decaf. He said "Sure". After I paid, he went and got a new filter and filter holder for decaf, put fresh grounds in and made decaf. When he brought my coffee to me, i explained i can't handle caffeine very well, and sometimes people dont give me the right coffee, so I have to ask to be sure.
