McDonald's — Restaurant in Urbana

McDonald's finally fixed one of their biggest fubars with bringing back the steak egg n cheese bagels and I finally after years of avoiding the company I realize why again. Pull up on my motorcycle, cause it's nice out and early morning there aren't so many idiots out, and there's 2 groups of guys hanging by the corner of the property watching cars pull in n out so yeah not dumb enough to go inside so I pull up to the drive thru... Crickets... Car pulls up behind me n were both like huh... So I pull up to window and of course there's a dude with his back to the window on his phone I honk n wave at the line n he finally wakes up... So I roll back around behind the car n wait my turn... Crickets... I honk... Dude pokes his head around n runs away. So I roll around to the window and ask so you're no serving motorcycles anymore... He says no and just walks off... So I roll up to the door to check maybe with no line I can risk running in real quick since I told my girl my plan n didn't want to disappoint her and there's an employee and a plain clothes person smoking away in the lobby. Yeah now I remember why everyone with a brain avoids...

McDonald's on Bloomington road is the worse ABSOLUTE worse McDonald's I've ever been to the service always sucks. 9 times out of 10 your order is wrong. Half the time the icecream machine is broke if its not broke then the other cold frozen beverage machines are broke. They had this sign that says something about free fry if Illinois scored 25 points or something my brother googled it and a black man who looked like he was in management just shut the window in our faces. We were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, the car parked in front of us had to keep coming up to the window asking when their food would be out if I was there 30 minutes they had to habe been there 45. Horrible place to go. I only go when in in a hurry because it's convenient location to my job or I would never go. When I lived in thst area the morning staff was horrible. They couldn't get my order right one time in the 9 months I lived over there and they treated me like dirt for complaining. Over all crappy place, go to the one on Neil St. It may be older but they can get an order right and the machines work more...

The woman manager who works in the mornings is very slow and bad with remembering orders. I ordered hash browns in the morning, and they told me to pull up. She brings out my food, but it was someone else's order with hasbrowns and a few sandwiches. I told her that it wasn't my order, so she said ok i'll come back out. I wait another 10 minutes for her to come back, and she doesn't. I go inside and ask about my order, and she says, "What order?" Um, the order you said you'd bring out to me with the hashbrowns? She says ok. Meanwhile, I see her bagging up other people's orders with hashbrows. Finally, I just asked for a refund after waiting 20 min total for only 2 hashbrowns.

The only time she was actually fast was when she walked over to the register to give me my refund LOL.

She told me I didn't get my order fast because they were waiting on hashbrowns. I don't think they take 20 min to cook... and I saw her handing them out for other people who had...
