McDonald's — Restaurant in Utica South Township

This location is extremely busy, since the remodel both lanes are consistently open but there's usually only one person taking orders at a time on the drive thru. I usually get orders for my family to take home around lunchtime which seems to be a slower time of day for this location. About 1 in 4 times they get my order right. Can never decide if I like the chocolate or strawberry shakes best so I usually end up getting both. If you are looking for an eggnog shake or mcrib sandwich as I frequently do I can say they do not seem to get them at this location. On the breakfast menu I have tried every item, the pancakes are light and fluffy and everything a pancake should be, the only thing that would make it more desirable as a menu item is better butter. The butter is always rock hard and does not melt onto the piping hot pancakes as butter should. The breakfast burritos are a must try, although I recommend asking for a syrup packet rather then the salsa they offer they are the perfect size for dipping! In general the staff does not seem to understand how the self order kiosks are supposed to work asking me several times if I was sure about what I wanted and still not getting it right. So for the forth time in a row ordering breakfast, which has always been a go to for fast food breakfast for me, I have ordered a number 4. This is a sausage egg and Biscuit Meal. In all my years of ordering it has never had cheese on it, which is why it has been my go to. The last 3 to 4 times I have ordered it has come with cheese on it and didnt realize until it was too late to go back in. This most recent time I ordered it again and when i got to the pay window the cashier repeated back the order to me saying it with cheese on it and I quickly corrected her and asked that it not have cheese on it. She assured she misspoke and it would be fine. I waited in a parking lot for approximately 5 minutes for my food and, what do you know, it came with cheese on it. They corrected the order after having to take it back in but no one seemed too concerned over the issue or overly apologetic. Ordered 2- $5 meals & a kids Happy Meal plus a large free fry for ordering online first time. Waited over 15 minutes at curbside pick up, then a gal came out with a order but there was only 1 drink vs 3, they went back, I waited another 5 minutes nobody came back, yet I received online receipt and asked if I’d like to place another order. I called to tell them I was still waiting. Gal says they brought it out to you I said but that wasn’t my order there was only 1 drink not 3, she says no there were 3, but ok well have it out in a minute. (Guess I'm lying now???)A different gal this time brings the order, I leave. Get home and the fries are cold, sandwiches barely warm, didn’t get the sauce for the nuggets, missing a small fry and happy meal came with milk but a water was ordered.
