Girl with green hair needs to get fired!! She ruined my morning. She obnoxiously and rudely interrupted me every 2 seconds as I was ordering and was literally repeating every item I asked for right after I asked for it super loudly and then while doing that was asking if I wanted items that I didn’t even ask for… she then rudely tells me to pull up to the window. I get to window already annoyed with her because I could tell she had a major attitude problem. I ended up ordering a frozen lemonade and a sausage egg and cheese bagel. Well, when I get to the window she gives me a snide smile and hands me a (regular lemonade)with ice…. It was almost like she made the mistake purposely…I then tell her I said “frozen lemonade” and she became irate telling me I didn’t say frozen lemonade and yells at me to “give it back to her then” and starts complaining about me and trying to justify her mistake to her boss. And then after all this her manager rushes me out of the drive thru as if I was the problem. This girl obviously has major life problems because she seems miserable and angry at the world. Her green hair says it all. She needs to just stay at home and do chores for her mom or something because she can’t handle a minimum wage job. Please get rid of her it’ll be best for everyone. Food and coffee were both on point. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that had the bread replaced with waffles and it was really good. The problem was that the employee at the drive-thru window short-changed me. My order total was about $6. I paid with a $20 bill and was given $6 in change, which is just mystifying. It's not like she thought it was a $10 bill. I ended up having to go inside to get the correct change, which defeated the whole purpose of not wanting to get out of the car. It was especially annoying because the drive-thru line was pretty long, but I went with it anyway because I wasn't feeling well. In addition, I was not given any coin change. I get that it's a matter of cents, but if they're routinely withholding the change, it adds up over time and means they're ripping off customers as a company policy, which left a bad taste in my mouth. Tim hortons on hall rd east of Schoenherr.. Good coffee, good muffins, good prices. The person who waited on me could barely speak English, did know how to use the register and had No facial expression before, during or after as she handed me my order. She a blue glove on her left hand. I sat down to drink and eat with my back to the counter. As I was putting my cup in the trash I noticed the same person picking up some fresh baked chocalate covered with the blue glove and immediately pick some more up with her ungloved hand. I told the young man preparing food to tell the manager, she overheard and said she would take of it as she took the woman to the back.. the floor behind the counter looked like it had not been cleaned for some time.. I will not be back there. They should have the owner and staff at 15 mile and orchard lake rd teach them.. they are 5 star in...
