Scrubs & Beyond — Local services in Utica

After only ever working restaurant jobs and hospitality and never ever having to wear scrubs, I got a job in Healthcare. I ordered some scrubs off Amazon that are getting me by, but today I decided to go into this store to look and see if there was anything that felt better or looked better or colors I wanted.. and as soon as I walked in I looked around for men's scrubs which were mostly labeled and walked towards the 2 or 3 racks they had. After a quick and overwhelming scan I found myself towards the front of the store... at this point an associate who's name I didn't bother to get (she was older) asked me if I needed help.. I explained to her that this was my first time wearing scrubs and the ones I had on were stiff and a bit scratchy.. she told me "mens scrubs start on the wall and have these racks.. these are the only ones that are like yours. They all come in a pants and joggers" then walked away.. her attitude was bad and she made it seem like I was bothering her.. and for that reason I walked out. I will not be back.. I'd rather buy cheap scratchy scrubs...

I have been going to Scrubs & beyond for many years. The manager at this location today is very rude , the staff inside the store were very nice. Unfortunately, when you are a manager you may be asked a few questions. You should not be short n she seemed annoyed. Lydia was very nice and well as everyone in the store. During check-out, I mentioned how I felt about situation. So, when I no longer asked her another question( the manager) because the first encounter was not friendly , I asked sales associate they went to her, she gave them attitude, in my opinion as well!! WILL NOT RETURN!! I planned on buying more than one set of Scrubs, until my encounter with her. If you're a manager and you are behind the register you should expect questions. I am a loyalty point/ whatever member I would prefer to go somewhere else from now on. Manager should at least fake being nice. Kudos to the friendly sales associates in the...

I came in yesterday because i needed to try on a few scrub sets as my work only allows me to order them through a website of their own. With that being said i was greeted by a very nice gentleman who asked if i needed anything before it seemed like he left for lunch or his shift ended, leaving one worker there. After i was done trying on the scrubs and knew which ones i was going to order she instructed me to leave what i didnt want on the rack which i did and i even put the scrubs back on the hangers as they previously were. She looked at the rack looked at me with DISGUST, i explained to her i was just trying on and she goes “hmm” so rude and her tone of voice sounded like i was an inconvenience.
