Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Utica

The worst place to come.. avoid your time and trip here! .. came at 1:50pm on 1/26 ...there was a return sign for 15mins ...I waited until 2:33 and ended up leaving ... they never opened back up ...why put a return sign and not open back up ?

Also before this last time I mentioned above....I had came 2 times prior and both experience were terrible.... there was 2 very young men ...one of them on the phone on full blast not helping the other clueless guy that had no idea of anything the other customer infront of me was asking ... he was super rude to that other customer ...as if he was force to be at work ... it just makes you not want to go there ..cause you get no help....FORGOT to mention that two times I went the store had a strong smell of Marijuana....

Try to AVOID this location... cricket service is very good never had a problem its just a this location that's a joke 🙄 owner needs to replace these employees before people stop coming and going...

Im so impressed with this Cricket store. I live 35 mins away & the local Cricket store near me (Imlay City) was a joke, no inventory & no help. I drove all the way to Utica store because of their positive reviews. When I got there they didnt have the phone I needed but it was due any day as inventory was coming in. A lovely gal, Ayanna, helped me & as promised the phone came in just in time before I had to leave town on a trip. She set everything up on it for me & transferred all my stuff from my old phone for me & gave me a great deal! Shes very knowledgeable & didnt make me feel dumb as Im not that knowledgeable about cell phones! Ayanna was such a pleasant polite gal & very efficient in her job. She deserves a good raise! What a great experience this turned out to be for me & I will gladly drive the 35 mins to this store again if I ever need anything. Thank you Ayanna & Utica...

So yesterday I was at cricket and I won't be returning to this store again! Long story short I am on a busget and was told it was going to be WAY more then 100 to get a knock off phone Well I went and purchased one at Walmart ( same phone) for 50,00 instead of 90.00 with a sim card and all! Lol! I went back to the store to be told they could not actively a CRICKET phone and the GM was so nice to say I can take my business elsewhere The managers here are trying to scam I guess that is how phone companies are but when I ask for service you really should deliver! You have so many phone stores out there! I ending up getting my phone activated with NO fee and what could of been a 150 purchase was 52.18 So GM ( Denise) or whatever you call yourself the joke is on you and you really should go get some customer skills! Take Care I also talked with BBB ❤️ and a real customer service...
