Enzo's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Uwchlan Township

I've always had great food from Enzo's. One thing which stands out, in an industry full of generic tomato sauce, is their sauce. It's very good. This is a major factor for me returning for business because the generic tasting stuff is a dime a dozen and inspires zero loyalty. Their meatball side is the best I've had from the local pizza places. The meatballs don't have that gross, spongy frozen texture. I have no idea how they're prepared but they seem homemade and are always a standard part of my order. They also show off the tomato sauce the best. The pizza, particularly the supreme, is good. I had one pizza come to me with all the cheese to one side which was annoying but that's the delivery driver's fault. Other than those things, I've had one cold sandwich and a cheesesteak, both of which were excellent. The cheesesteak was flavorful and no gristle like some places. I wouldn't say either was overly memorable. They often send a free order of garlic knots when we make a big order. Those are great too - nice, chewy bread, the right seasoning of garlic and sprinkled cheese, and that great tomato sauce for dipping. No establishment is perfect and that's fine.. We ordered a pizza last week.. When we got home the pizza was very well done/ borderline burnt and extremely dry crusty crust that when you bit down, it was hard and just crumbled (hurt your teeth) Even the grandkids complained. The girl working there and I believe there is only 2 ladies, the owner's wife being one of them and Jessica.. One of them promised us a replacement. My husband discussed the situation with Jessica tonight then ordered the replacement pizza on the phone. When he gets there Byron the owner refused to honor what was promised.. The most he would do was 50% off. We paid full price last week, we even offered to bring back the pie and we were told no they couldn't take it back. Byron didn't care about his customer and keeping their word.. He cared more about not letting one pizza walk out the door free, so instead he lost a good customer over one pizza pie. My experience with their food was .. my son brought Spaghetti in Marinara Sauce at home couple days prior to our visit to have sit down dinner there .. I’m not too keen or you may say fond of red sauces but when I was hungry the night my son brought the Spaghetti home and I some how ate that and I fully enjoyed first time as it was so delicious I ate left over very next day in lunch .. 2 days later I got a craving to eat over to their Restaurant and I said to my husband let’s have dinner there .. my I’m glad we did go for the dinner there and we thoroughly enjoyed just not only the food but met a a person working there name Jess (Jessica) .. enjoyed chatting with her and got introduced to a Chef who made our dinner ( sauces) .. my husband had Spaghetti in Marinara Sauce and I had Penne Alla Vodka ( Blush tomato Cream Sauce ) ..
