I had breakfast here with a friend and enjoyed the food and service and decided to bring my family the very next day. This was my first time at this restaurant and all was well until my family and I visited the very next day. It was my wife and three toddlers. We ordered an omelette, pancakes and bacon for the kids and a short stack for myself. My wife and I had water and the kids had apple juice. The meal was good and the service was as expected on a busy Sunday late morning nothing special but acceptable. Here is where things went really far south. When we placed our order we order 3 apple juices "for the kids". We "specified" that the three apple juices were for the kids. When the apple juices came they came in what would be considered a kids cup, plastic, with lids and straws. When we got our bill we saw that we were charged for 3 LARGE apple juices totaling around $9. No biggie at this point, maybe it was a mistake and we'll get it cleared up. Their menu has an options small and large for juice. When paying for the bill I asked for clarification on why we were charged that much for kids apple juices and the gentleman at the front desk went to ask a manager to clarify. He returned and stated "if you don't specify what size you want, you get charged for a large". I then replied, we told our server they were for the kids. I was then told, sorry that's what it is. I proceeded to tip my server 20%, paid the bill and thanked the gentleman for his help and exited the establishment. The manager never even came to the front the address this situation themselves. It is obvious that this business uses very unethical business practices and profits off of patrons not checking the validity of their bill. If we would have never looked at the bill we would have never known. If they're getting over on patrons doing this, what other ways are they getting over on their customers. What other shady business practices are they doing. I'm completely ok with trying to get over on me, I am in no way ok with taking advantage of families with children. They knew those drinks for for 3 toddlers and still found it appropriate to up charge us like they did. No one got shorted expect us. We tipped appropriately as we should have and we didn't cause any ruckus. I can eat the loss of a few bucks. However, my family nor any of my friends will never be returning to this place or any of their locations. They have lost what would have been a repeating customers. I hope the $9 bucks was worth it.

Read more6/17/22 Nudy's has always been our "go to" local place for friends/family meet ups. Sadly, the last two visits have been very disappointing due to the uncleanliness of the facility. The indoor dining and outdoor patio floors are filthy and littered with napkins, sugar packs, straw paper, etc. The bathrooms were disgusting with grossly wet floors (not from mopping) and smelled. I nearly didn't leave this review except we won't be visiting Nudy's Eagleview anytime soon again and thought others should be aware of the facility conditions. The 2 star review is for the wait staff that is always so pleasant and...
Read moreNo tv screens in your face all the time, for me that is a big plus: on account of that and for no other reason I would write this place up.
Excellent breakfast; as good as I have had too, added bonus. Reasonable price too, my wife and I will be going there all the time! Wish we had found it sooner, it was chosen for a business breakfast by a colleague, not rushed or fussed or distracted by screens.
We will go to Nudy's Eagleview because I am sick of going other places and being forced to watch sports, CNN and ads basically. I hope the management of Nudy's take note of my comments and keep it the way it is....
