If you’re ever in Uxbridge and you’re in the mood for a pizza that will make your taste buds do a happy dance, Papa Gino's is the place to be! But wait—don’t just come for the pizza, come for the incredible service, too! Let me tell you about the pizza wizardess herself!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like we were long-lost friends—the kind of smile that could light up the entire restaurant! We were treated like VIPs right from the start. The menu was explained with the expertise of a pizza sommelier, and when we asked about specials, we got a detailed tour of all the mouth-watering options—like we’d just been handed the keys to a pizza kingdom! 🍕✨
But the magic didn’t stop there! Our server didn’t just take our order—they guided us through a pizza journey, suggesting the perfect topping combos. And let me tell you, they were spot on! The pizza arrived, sizzling hot and perfect, and our server checked on us like we were the only customers in the world, making sure our bellies were happy and our glasses never empty. 🥤🍕💕
This is the kind of service that not only serves food but serves up happiness. I’ve never felt so cared for while eating pizza. If you’re lucky enough to be treated to this kind of service, you’ll be in for an unforgettable experience. Papa Gino’s in Uxbridge—where the pizza is hot, the service is hotter, and the experience is something you’ll never forget. 🔥

Read moreI guess it's easy to see why Papa Gino's isn't what it used to be. I called on a Sunday and waited over 5 minutes for anyone to pick up and once they finally did I got "I'll be right with you" click. Put me back on hold for another 3 minutes. After the ridiculous wait I ordered a Mac and cheese pizza for my kids. They quoted me 45 minutes (which is incredibly strange as most places take less than half that for a pickup order). I went down and got there about 35 minutes after placing the order. There was one person in front of me and after she was helped I was left to wait at the counter for another 10 minutes staring at my pizza on the counter as it continued to get cold and waiting for it to be cut. As expected the pizza was cold and especially bland as the cheese in the macaroni is supposed to be eaten warm and melted. Very disappointed in the customer service, the quality and the overall experience. I'll stick to local places from now on, like New England Pizza, less than 10 minutes down the road, whom I...
Read moreSuper slow service. Seems to be no type of order/organization. Almost always a long wait, and you will see people come in after you, yet leave with their order first. Had another horrible experience another time here, waiting an hour and half with my 2 young children for a few SLICES. Come to find out the girl who took my order never put my slip in the right place so my order never got put in!!!! There was also a gentleman there at the same time waiting extremely long for a slice or two of pizza. Thankfully that time after expressing how upset I was and realizing how bad their error they kissed my rear, gave me a refund, free soda, pizza and a $40 credit. Honestly most of the employees don't seem to care that much or be very competent. I love Papa Gino's and it's nice having one in town, but it's certainly hit or miss with service/food, mostly miss. I probably won't return for a while. Please...
