As a Vietnamese person and not from the local area, when we moved here, the first thing I looked for was Pho and Banh Mi (Vietnamese baguette sandwiches). Fortunately there are some great pho places but the closest Banh Mi is in Sacramento.
When we first saw this place advertised on FB, I knew that we had to try it immediately. What could be more perfect than Boba and Banh mi?? We came with low expectations due to past experiences in the local area, but they exceeded on all fronts. We got three different bobas, the combo banh mi, and the grilled pork banh mi. Everything was delicious and we knew we found THE place to be regulars at. Even our 5 and 3 year olds ate the sandwich and the veggies (be sure to ask for no jalapeños if you don’t want spicy).

I am not a boba fan so I will omit that from the review and focus on the food. We ordered two banh mi, the classic combo and the grilled pork and they were both great. After recently having banh mi in San Jose I would rank these up as comparable to the Little Saigon area but I will give bonus points for the sandwiches here being reasonably priced!.

Read moreThe Banh mi sandwiches here are my favorite in the area. The baguette they choose is just right in regards to crunch and deliciousnes when paired with their banh mi toppings. My favorite banh mi is the bbq pork, but the others we've ordered are just as delicious. I'd also suggest getting an order of their French fries, a little different for a banh mi shop, but they're able to cook their fries to crunchy perfection each and every time.
