Jelly Doughnut is the best doughnut shop in town, hands down!!! The owner, Mr. Lee, is a great owner and an expert with croissants. I have eaten here since I was in first grade and have stayed a loyal customer through the years, nothing touches em. It does not have a public access bathroom BUT that's a minor thing compared to consistently great doughnuts. They always have good donuts, always have all varieties available, hands down best in Vacaville. The sutuation I witnessed when I got donuts today was hilarious to witness, and really showed the positive attitudes even when working under stress.
