Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Vacaville

So...mountain Mike's is always fantastic. Not this time. Ordered 2 pizzas...the robbers roost and a large pepperoni. The pepperoni was okay but the robbers roost was raw and it had tomatoes on it which I requested no tomatoes. When I called the manager is supposedly wasn't in and I had to call back the next day to speak to the manager. I called back the next day and I was given the runaround again the manager wasn't in and they would call me whenever they would come in. I never got a phone call so I had to end up going down there two days after my order and speaking to a really rude lady who was supposedly the manager and she told me that she wasn't going to give me my money back that she would make me the pizza again I said I wanted my money back I argued and argued and argued with her finally I said fine just make me the pizza if this is going to be so difficult. Now mind you this was my son's birthday that I ordered the pizza on so I had several children at my house with only one large pizza to feed them I ended up having to take a pizza out of my own freezer to feed the rest of the kids. she was extremely rude and did not want to help me with my problem at all so I ended up having to get a pizza that I don't even want and who knows if it's even good or not I don't know but it's very upsetting and I will never come into this mountain...

Order ANYWHERE else!!! I have cancelled my attempted order three times from this restaurant. Whenever I popped in to the restaurant, the pizza was fine, customer service was fine. When I call the behavior of the “manager” is nothing short of egregious. So petty, dismissive, argumentative, and outright confrontational. We called for a pizza, requesting a coupon that is sent out in the mail (not expired). The manager tries to make up his own rules even after you show him exactly what the coupon says. I asked for the owners names to report all of the business he is chasing off, he told me “the owners names are the owners.” This is my own fault, the pizza is good, right down the street from my house, and is usually pretty good when he isn’t there. I’ll never order from this site again, and neither will ANY of my friends. Note to the “manager”: SERIOUSLY, work anywhere that you don’t have to be semi pleasant with human beings. It’s called customer service. Implying that you understand you’re dealing with people. I’m unsure what you’re significantly upset about in your life, but this isn’t the job for you buddy! Move on. Had the buffet here....or at least attempted to. 15 dollars a person +tax and they don't have a single pizza out, or the garlic knots, and only a half filled salad bar. We came at noon, so not the beginning or end of the 11am to 2pm time frame. She gave us only 2 options for pizza, pepperoni or combination. We ate 3/4 of the one pizza she put out (slightly burnt), pepperoni and 3 of the 6 garlic knots (which she didnt want to put out but is listed as part of the buffet). So 30 dollars for not even a large pizza and no leftovers 🙄 and the attitude of the one worker was that she really didn't want us there. The pizza that wasn't burnt was fine but the atmosphere was awful and probably will never come back to this location so we don't inconvenience her again. We also saw her not using gloves while she worked on other pizza orders and manned the register and touched her face while we ate 🤢. I didn't check the reviews before going to this location but...
