I used to be a Creekside Round Table customer. Service there started going down so I began taking my family to Browns Valley Round Table but the last few times I've been there, I have had bad experiences. For some reason the past few months this place has gone downhill, too. More than once we had received our twists after our pizza which really wasn't a big deal until the second to the last time we went and ordered a Maui Zaui pizza with no ham and of course when it came out, it had ham on it. We went to ask a worker (Alex?) who then asked to see our receipt and because the receipt said Ham on it, he said it was right! We then took the receipt to the person who took our order (Katie) and she made it right. My issue then was that we waited so long already to get our pizza and had to wait even longer and this gentleman that we first asked, was just rude. He didn't think that maybe his coworker had misheard us? The feeling I got from this gentleman was that he doesn't like customers and didn't care to make it right. It was after this experience that we decided to give the Round Table on Alamo by Big Lots a shot, even though it wasn't a clubhouse. Not only was it the best service, but the best tasting Pizza we've had in a long time! Being that we live closer to the other two we decided this last Thursday to give Browns Valley Round Table another try. Well, I had to convince my fiance to give it one last try. He was reluctant, but agreed. I felt so bad because he works so hard for his money and gets no kind of appreciation from this place and of course, we had another bad experience. We walked into the restaurant with only about three or four tables. The same gentleman that had an issue with our receipt was working the bar area and every single table was dirty. We should have walked out then but ordered our food and sat at the cleanest table we could find. I had a decent salad and our breadsticks actually came out before the pizza so that held us over for a while. Then, after about waiting 45 minutes from the initial time that we ordered, we still hadn't gotten our pizza. We sat around and watched two tables that showed up after us ( one of those tables had shown up after us and left before us!) get their food and eat. I went up to ask about it and realized that they hadn't even made it! Another gentleman says we have an extra pizza here. He then takes a boxed Pizza out of the warmer and handed it to me! I take it to the table and my fiance tells me that it's not well done like he had ordered it. We have to take it back and they ran it through the oven again! By this time I was so annoyed but we were hungry so I said that was fine. We finally got our pizza and took one bite and realized it must have been sitting there for a while because it was tough to even chew. We just took the box and brought it home. At this point, there was no use in saying anything to anybody about the pizza being tough because are they going to do anything about it? My fiance wrote his review but not as thoroughly as I would have done. I'm writing today in frustration that I just had to throw a whole pizza out into the trash from the fridge because it was the worst I ever had. Wasn't even good after bringing it home to reheat in the oven. It was a waste of hard earned money and Round Table isn't cheap!! I will never return to this establishment and hope that anybody that I know doesn't have a party there because I would hate to have to go back! From now on I will be taking my business to Round Table by Big Lots. They seem to appreciate their customers and are very friendly and clean. I will take that over a large selection of...
Read moreNow , I usually dont write reviews . but for the experience i had here i just HAVE to ! i would NEVER NEVER EVER return to this location . From the moment we steppend into the door it was just terrible . Chick who was taking our order for one was the rudest cashier i ever encountered ! I wish i got her name .. So we go up to the counter and she walks up and stares at us , were looking at the menu talking about which pizza would be best , she huffs and puffs and storms away as if we were interrupting her ? Then when were ready she comes back , not one word is said ! I tell her wed like to have the small meat pizza , she goes " okay " and i stare at my boyfriend just DUMB FOUNDED at this .. then we order two sodas & she gets reall snappy like " that all ? " . we say yes and she SLAMS cups on the counter , pushes the receipt over the counter then throws the pen which fell . so she gets mad that i ask for another pen.. THEN a group of kids walkup who need assistance ( in the middle of my transaction ) and she tells them " what do yall need ? " really ? i dont get it . rude as hell . to us and them . then she hand us a number and walks away ? mind you she never asked if we wanted the food for here .. so we wait 40 minutes for one small pizza.. just for them to bring it to our table and DROP the damn thing all over the table then still ask us if we want it ? the pizza that fell... had the nerve to ask if its still ok ? no its not ! I will never ever return here . their salad bar is always a mess with everything all mixed together , trash cans full , tables still full of previous customers mess .. Employees all walk around with an attitude .. i dont recommend this place for anyone ....
Read moreBeen coming to B.V. R.T. pizza ever since it opened. It's been declining a lot in the last year and we will never go back after yesterday's visit. Came in the dirty front door, approached the counter to order - no one was there. Waited 4-5 mins. and finally I hollered to the kitchen, "Hello, is anyone there? Hello." Finally, a man in very soiled pants and shirt (no apron?) came out and took our order. We went to get our salads and the salad bar looked as though someone slung food all over the place, the handles on the utensil for the dressings were slimy and there was a dirty, nasty, wet bar towel sitting on the salad bar. Whoever cut up the onions sliced them the size to go on a hamburger, not chopped to go in a salad. There was food on the floor. The counter where you pick up "to go" orders had junk all over it.The trash can and wall behind it, next to the straws and lids, was dripping with (probably) dressing. There were maybe 16 dirty tables. The two men working there looked like they just finished changing the oil on their cars, or were down on the ground working on their cars. I have pictures of it all and will see if I can attach them. When I was young and worked in a restaurant we cleaned continually. We also greeted customers as they entered to let them know they were welcome. Where is the owner of this...
