We love Panda Express, but we've had it with this location. We've come here so many times when they've been out of basic items, such as chow mein, or Orange chicken, during rush times. It happens way too much. My most recent visit they were out of Beijing Beef. They told us to pull around to the front. We politely declined as too often we've complied, only to be forgotten about. We had already paid for our meal and did not want to leave without it.. We waited at the window, we spoke with the manager and she was polite, but again we politely declined to leave our spot. A third random person named Lexis came up and started arguing, telling us we "had" to pull forward. We politely declined again, never raising our voices. He said he couldn't make it cook faster and slammed the window. When we did receive our meal it was clear they were petty about the whole thing and gave us the littlest pieces possible. Our broccoli beef had 4 pieces of meat in the portion. Funny thing for them to get mad at us for their failure to do their job, and they have failed over and over again. I would reccomend that rather than yelling at the customer for not wanting to leave, perhaps offer an apology for the inconvenience and ask if we'd like some potstickers, or extra portion, or a soda, anything than yelling at...
Read moreCame in for the promotional offer from the online scratcher game. Deal was for buy one get one free plates equal or lesser value. Online coupon worked well previously at different restaurant last weekend but signal was very spotty here so we brought the coupon to order in person. Upon making our three entree plates we go to pay for the food. The coupon scans and the promo codes off for the person in front of me getting the same deal on his phone. When it comes time for me to pay, the manager decides to charge me for my third entree separately! Her name was Hedita and she decided to only honor the promotion for two entree plates! The manager pulled a bait and switch move and wanted me to pay $8 more for their dishonest practice. FYI the promotion works on three entree plates online and in person! I'm just not sure why she decided to discriminate. Hedita proceeded to berate her employees not to allow three entree plates to be scanned.
Side note, they even got my entrees wrong and proceeded to dump the food back into the service bowl!

Read morePanda Express? Yeah, it consistently delivers. We're talking a convenient meal that pretty much always hits the spot, so it's snagging a solid four out of five stars in my book. Honestly, it's my absolute go-to when I'm craving quick, flavorful Chinese-American comfort food – because sometimes, you just need that sweet, sweet Orange Chicken.
Speaking of which, the Orange Chicken is, of course, a classic for a reason – perfectly crispy, sweet, and tangy. It's basically a culinary hug. I'm also a big fan of the Beijing Beef, which offers a nice kick.Their Kung Pao Chicken and Green Bean Chicken are also fantastic choices; they bring great flavor and a satisfying texture to the party.
The service is typically fast and efficient, even when it looks like the entire city decided to get their Panda fix at the same time. And the staff? Generally friendly, which is always a plus. The restaurant is usually clean, and the whole cafeteria-style setup makes it ridiculously easy to see exactly what deliciousness you're about to commit to.
My only minor quibble is that despite the name, they do not, in fact, serve or sell...
