I’m leaving this review because I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but after the treatment I received a few months ago at this location and a subsequent conversation with the store manage who was very accusatory, I can no longer continue to support Starbucks. This is the only location where I have had consistent issues, and I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability here.
I cannot support any business or corporation that allows its store managers to treat customers with disrespect over the phone and fails to hold their employees accountable for their actions. I’ve visited many other Starbucks locations across town and never once had an issue, but this specific store has made me question my loyalty.
At the end of the day, it’s my money being spent, and I refuse to continue supporting a company that permits such unprofessional behavior. I’ll take my business elsewhere, whether that’s at Journey's Coffee, Peet’s Coffee, or just making tea at home. I value good service, and I won’t tolerate rude treatment from any employee or management, regardless of the reason behind it.
Until Starbucks actually addresses these issues, I’m...
Read moreANGELO. He is the reason for my low review. When you come to a starbucks and the worker looks as if he is completely uninterested in helping you know its going to be bad. When he finally came to the counter to help me, he walked up and said " what would you like" as if me stopping was an irritation to his day. I ordered my drink and he was just rude. Like... unnecessarily rude. When I get my Vanilla Bean Creme Frap with extra caramel, there is a bottom full of caramel about an inch thick. You literally cannot even drink up the straw, so i go back and let him know and he starts giving me excuses on why its my fault, then I stop him and say Id like you to remake it and he huffs off and makes it. I am new to this area and will never stop at this starbucks again. You need to have a serious conversation with him about customer service and what your brand represents. I have never had rudeness like that before at...
Read moreStaff is friendly and prompt. It's a typical Starbys. However, while sitting in the store to enjoy my tea and coffee cake, an obviously off duty employee came in for his share of his shift's tips, with his dog. I won't apologize. We have a dog we love, at home. We take her many places that ARE appropriate for dogs. She is not a service dog, and this man's dog was not either. Another barista, on shift, came out to him, lent a good ten minutes loving on the dog and the young man. Now, he did wash her hands before going back to work, so good job. However, dogs ARE NOT allowed in food establishments, which StarBucks is. I said something to the manager, and she simply shrugged it off. Unimpressed with that response and the lack of enforcement of the...
