I asked what kind of sauce comes on the whopper in the drivethru the woman rudely said they dont have sauce. I said then whats that white stuff on the picture she said mayo. I said i dont want mayo sauce i just want ketchup sauce and mustard sauce. She cut me off while i was making my order for the substitute to correct my lingo saying they dont have sauce its not sauce. Shes not gone let me do this to her today. Then she said if i have a problem ordering it the right way i can go somewhere else. I didnt move my car i just sat there. But of course she got my burger WRONG because she was talking while i was talking instead of listening to and taking my order. I still wanted all the fixings too! When i told her that she said she not gone let me ruin her day. I said i dont have the power to do that. Can she take the rest of my order now? Geez!!! Then when i paid my 1st card, which i knew, only had $4 on it and her demeanor was like yeah, waiving her arm around like no surprise she cant even pay her bill after all that. Rolling her head. Then, as i intended, i gave my bank card for the balance. Then as i parted i reminded the staff that not everybody is from here. They should learn to respect other peoples lingo in customer service. Oh, on top of that, i asked for extra tarter sauce and they kept correcting me because of my accent. Im from up north. Seattle and Philly way. My fish sandwich was, i feel, SUPER DRENCHED ON PURPOSE with so much tarter the bread was soaked and torn and i couldnt taste anything but tarter! Not the tomatoes, lettuce, rubbery fish, bread, pickles, all the stuff i paid extra for...tasted like straight TARTER! THANKS BK FOR...
Read moreThis morning I went to the burger king on north Ashley street to get my family Sunday breakfast (I'm not sure why its saying its closed on Sunday because it was obviously open this morning). When I went inside there was only one person in front of me that needed to order. She only ordered a couple things and it still took nearly ten minutes for the cashier to take my order. I ordered 2 bacon egg cheese croissants , French toast, and a pancake platter. I tried to order iced coffee but they said their machine was broken (it, along with their drink machine in the dining room was also broken the previous week ...but their regular coffee machine was working...yeah I didn't understand that) . We waited a good 15 or 20 minutes to get our food. We went home which only takes about 5ish minutes. Our food looked old and everything was cold. My husband went to eat his sandwich and on one sandwich there was no bacon and the other there was maybe half a slice of bacon. There was no syrup either..so we couldn't/didn't eat any of it . I'm not usually the one to complain because people make mistakes but this time it just annoyed me to a different level since we paid money...
Read moreThis specific location just blew my mind. The lady taking my order in the drive thru rudely cut me off in the middle of ordering to give my total and ask me to pull up to the window. When I finally DID get my full order out to her no one was at the first window so im thinking "maybe this is one of the places that have their first window shut down" and pulled up to the next one. The lady meets me at that second window, tells me that payment is required to be made at the first window and actually tells me that in order to continue, it's required that i DRIVE IN REVERSE back to the previous window and that "it's okay, there isn't anyone coming behind you". So I do, drive in reverse to get back to the previous window, and pay someone who is now there finally and pull back up to the window to get the food and they attempt to pull my vehicle up to assist others. There are no others, I check my rear view mirror and remind her that "it's okay, there's no one behind me" and before I even get that out of my mouth, the bag was ready. In seconds. So I was going to be pulled up for.... ? No reason? What...
