McDonald's — Restaurant in Valdosta

REVISIT 7/28/23: No change in rating but I stopped for a breakfast sandwich. When I went to pull into the drive thru a car was sitting in front of the doors and the driver was on her phone. After waiting a minute, I pulled into a parking space and was walking into the store. The driver left her car parked and was going inside, still looking at her phone. Thinking she might be an employee stopping to pick up a check or see her work schedule I asked if she worked there. She sneered at me and ignored me. She went inside and the manager came over and said "Doordash?". She said yes and the manager handed her bags and she brushed past me still looking at her phone. I told the manager she had blocked the drive thru, leaving her unattended car. I said she should have to park like I did. The manager mumbled a bit about Doordash and walked away. This MacDonalds is one of the worst ever.

ONE YEAR EARLIER, JULY 2022: ordered a number 7 combo, two cheeseburgers, with ice water to drink. The cashier said that ice water would be extra. I said no, it comes with a drink, I don't want cola I want ice water. She insisted she would charge me extra for the cup for the ice water. I told her to tell the manager I'd be coming inside. I went inside, and the manager began by telling me that I would have to pay extra for the ice water because of the cup. I explained, once again, this was a combo it comes with a drink. That instead of the cola I wanted ice water. She again said I would have to pay for the cup. I said I have been here before and the ice water comes as part of the combo. She realized what she was saying and then said you were right there is no extra charge for the cup. I declined to order and I went to another place to...

Their is a few chubby fat old African American managers who remind me of grumpy little chocolate oompa loompas, they always look like their in a bad mood and put on a sincerely fake smile like they they hate to serve customers of White descent. There is one little black girl who looks like a shift manager that I asked about why did the bath room smell like urine and defecation, and why was the paper towel dispenser broke? She ignored me three times before responding back rudely. I was here with my wife one night after I threatened to file a complaint for very poor service, and the internet connection was absolutely horrible, I could not get any of my important due assignment documents prepared for school the next day and they never put any effort into getting it fixed.

WOW? There are GNATS all around the store, especially in the fountain drinks area. The tea here tastes like water, and sometimes it tastes stale. They really lack in service here and at the mcdonalds on hill street.

Surprisingly the mcdonalds on Ashley is the best, even though it looks like you're in a urban area. The place is usually clean except for friday and saturday nights. O gosh...I blame the crew workers for being lazy at these mcdonalds for being so lagging for hours at times with...

This is probably the worst experience I've ever had in fact it caused me to never eat at McDonald's I don't care where it's located I went I was traveling on the road and went through the drive-thru I sat in the Drive-Thru for more than 15 minutes never moved I parked my car went inside and took the girl 10 minutes to take my order and then they proceeded to work on the drive-thru as the people in the lobby just stood there was a guy who walked in and waited over 10 minutes to get his order and just eventually walked out cuz no one ever even acknowledged Him I spoke to the manager who became very nasty with me I requested my money back she refused to give me my money told me I had to come back in the morning when I tell her that I was traveling she still refused to give me my money I even called the police and they refused to help me as well as a result I will never ever eat McDonald's again I hope that they are happy with the customer service that they gave me what a shame. They can keep the $9.30 and their mystery meat it's the last they will ever...
