I went in to buy some shoes and was treated VERY poorly. I nicely asked for a size in a shoe and they acted like I was asking them to go make the shoes. I got eye rolls and lip smacks and I just feel that is not good customer service. For some workers that get paid off commission , I expected bright smiles and nice customer service. I am very disappointed in my experience , but I ended up going to sports addition and making the purchase. I pray the owner sees this and gets the staff some training. My daughter and I were looking for some Jordans. I went on the app already to have an idea of what we were looking for. She saw what she wanted and I was torn between 2 pair of shoes. When asking for the sizes the young man was very nice, however, it took a while to get the shoes to try on. When I say a while it was about 15-20 minutes. When we sat down near the counter he had to ask again what our shoe sizes were. I haven’t been to this store in a while so maybe by it being a Saturday they had a lot going on. Wish I could leave -5 stars.. AWFUL experience, I will never shop here again.
