Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Valdosta

The pictures below are from the first time I ordered this pizza nearly a week ago and the second picture of hot garbage is from today. This is my third bad experience with this particular Papa Johns and it will be my last as I will no longer be ordering from them. The first was an order that didn't have everything I ordered, but as it was lunch hours I left it alone and moved on. The second time was during the recent hurricane and although I was understanding of the circumstances I never received my over $60 worth of food, nor have I seen a refund to my account that I was said to be getting by the management team member I contacted. Now today I get a pizza that looks like it was thrown on the floor and tossed around everywhere? No thank you. Papa Johns is a favorite of my family and myself and when I'm out of town we may still give it a go. This local Papa Johns however will NOT be receiving anymore business from me. My five year old even said this pizza looks disgusting and all the toppings are in one spot.

Contacted the store and spoke to Danny with their management team. A new pizza was made and delivered free of charge. I still stand by not giving this store any more of my business personally as I am strict on my three strike rule. Hopefully better results in the future and a better system put into place that might convince me...

I rarely post negative reviews but I can't believe how bad this was. Ordered at 5:48, estimated delivery was in 40 minutes. It arrived at 7:10 (yes that's over DOUBLE the wait) without even the slightest apology or acknowledgement of it being late. Also, around 7, I decided to call and used the menu to talk to the manager and just sat on hold until our stuff came 10 minutes later (was legit concerned something happened). Pizza was just typical Papa John's, but we also got wings and they were completely soggy and rubbery. I couldn't hardly stomach the texture. Literally the worst wings I've ever had. Hope the delivery guy enjoys the 15% tip we gave...

I ordered 2 pizzas this past wknd I ordered them to be delivered the delivery driver pulled up in my yard never got out with my pizza and just left I called the store after arguing with management about it they said they will bring it back I asked if they was bringing a new one because by this time the other was cold and old they informed me that i cannot get a new one and I told them I don’t want the old they messed up they should fix it then sense I wouldn’t take the old one the manager hung up on me and wouldn’t take my call after that this was the worst delivery experience ever and literally put my children eating at 12 am for what should...
