I visit this location frequently because I work on the area. I usually have no issues. But today, I went in around 1:20pm on 4/17 and there were three workers. One was new, which I observed because she mixed up the provolone and American cheese. No big deal because she corrected it. I asked for pickles on my sandwich as was told "We have to unbox them first." I assume they just had a truck come in. They kept standing there so I asked could they go to that please. One girl was standing at the back counter not doing anything and she sarcastically asked a girl in the back of house or she could do that and I was straight up told no. So I said "seriously?" and she said "yes because first we have to open the box, then open the bag of pickles then put them in a container." And I asked why they couldn't just do that and she said "because we have too much to do already." I worked at subway for 5 years. So I know what goes into the prep but it's pretty ridiculous that they couldn't have opened a bag of pickles. If I didn't have limited time, I would've left and not purchased the two sandwiches I got. Another person behind me did leave. I understand being out of product but they had it in the store and refused to open it. That part is unacceptable. There was also out of order signs on two of the sodas. Perfectly fine. But two others I chose were also out of syrups. Just a big...
Read more0 stars out of 10.... I ordered a foot long steak and cheese from the OWNER of this subway location. I used to work at a subway and maybe things have changed but when I was working we used one pre portioned cardboard steak tray for a 6â and two for 12â, so when he spread out one of the 6â portions across the whole 12â sub and moved on, I asked if he was going to put the second steak portion that usually goes on the foot long. He instantly became aggressive and told me thatâs all that comes on the foot long. I questioned this for a second but rather than continuing to bicker I told him to put the second portion on and I would pay for double meat, because I wasnât going to eat this loaf of bread with a tiny sprinkle of steak across the middle. He then refused to put the extra portion on even tho I was going to pay extra and continued to argue with me about it. I was shocked and let an F bomb slip, something along the lines of âIâm going to pay for extra meat so put the f$&@ing meat on the sandwich.â That was what he was looking for as he promptly told me he wonât serve me at all now and I left. Iâve always heard through the community that the owner of this subway was the absolute worst but never anticipated to walk in and have such an unecessary...
Read moreMy wife goes there every couple of weeks for dinner, We get a foot long and share, My wife walks in the door and says you're probably gonna have to scrape mayonnaise, off, I opened the package mayonnaise was everywhere, I had to get paper towels. Open the sandwich app and wipe it down, I called the store. A young girl answered, When I told her the problem very nicely, She said , Did your wife come in here just a few minutes ago? Dressed in black, I said yes, She said your wife asked for mayonnaise, And there is no set measurement. You got what you asked for, I said, ma'am, i'm not gonna argue with you, And she hung up, I called the norman road store and spoke to the manager, Who apologized and said they would have the owners to call. It's been a week no phone calls. Evidently they don't care. I will change this when they do something about it. This new generation of young people have no understanding of customer service. A simple apology or If you would come back in, I will remake it, Would have been all it took, but no, that is asking too much from a smart mouth Child, who Mama should have taken a belt too. Now you know what's...
