I come to this Taco Bell all the time. They used to have a fantastic night shift staff, and even late into the evening the staff was kind, and the food was hot. Sense some people have left, I’ve noticed a big decline in customer service, but also in food quality. I went through the drive-thru this evening, and had the most horrendous experience, so bad that I decided to give a review(and I’ve never left a review anywhere). I ordered 3 cantina melted chicken tacos and a loaded nacho. The first go around I got a tiny tiny little back of chips, and a barely filled side cup of nacho sauce, and my three “cantina” melted chicken tacos. Quickly I realize that my nachos are far from what I ordered and payed for, so I go back around and the women at the window appears happy to fix the mistake. She hands me my “corrected” loaded nachos and I drive off. I drive back home, home being only 3 minutes away, just to open up my nachos. COLD to the touch. The meat is COLD the cheese is completely COLD. Every single thing was completely cold. It was awful. But that’s not even the worst part. The “beans” were in a large DRY cold clump in the middle. You could pick the “beans” up with your hands and it would almost flake out of your hand like saw dust. I didn’t even begin to attempt to eat the nachos in fear of getting sick. It was extremely clear that the night crew was lazy and careless because they just wanted to go home. Mind you, I worked in fast food for 3 years, so I know the run down, and THIS, THIS is completely inexcusable or acceptable. Then I go to try and at least eat my “cantina” melt thing, and none of them have any of the sauce they are supposed to have. Conveniently, they didn’t give me a receipt… did not even offer one… wonder why.. But I’ve got pictures! I want my refund...
Read moreLet me preface my post by saying, I get that this is a fast food experience. But I want others to know what happened. We were out running errands and decided to stop at Taco Bell on St Augustine to grab a quick bite to eat. While we were eating, I was also trying to take care of an issue at home, so I was on my cellphone, trying to message someone. The cashier came over to us during our dinner and asked us to take the survey on the receipt she brought over. I didn't ask for our receipt because I paid cash. I told her I was busy and would take it in a few minutes, as I was trying to finish up my business. I thought she would go and let me finish up at my own pace. I usually do surveys after we leave the place and our experience is complete. Well, she proceeded to sit down with us and wait on me...while I'm in the middle of personal business, and we were still eating!! It was very uncomfortable, and I should've just refused, but I finished up what I was doing and figured I'd just complain on the survey. Then, as I was answering the survey questions, I realized the receipt did not have the items we ordered! She gave me someone else's receipt. I thought she just reprinted mine. Needless to say, she probably would've been better off not getting me to do the survey, as I was not happy about any of this, especially the sitting down and waiting on me to do it. I realize she's probably just doing what she's told by her bosses. She may have been just as uncomfortable about asking and sitting there as I was. But this is really bad for business, in my opinion, and doesn't produce good results on the survey. They would've received much better scores and comments if they had left me to do it on my own. Read moreMaybe I should have read the reviews first smh, well first I went thru the drive thru there out of mountain dew Baja blast so I ask what others drinks they had , the man was rude said Pepsi products so I said let me get a freeze not realizing it's a whole 1.00 upcharge so I said nevermind I just want a regular tea still tried charging me a up charge told him no. Anyways get to the window he took the upcharge off , asked if I wanted any sauce said yes mild sauce he said okay , get my food ask for my receipt check the bag no sauce so I ask for some he is looking right at it and says oh we don't have none so why Yu ain't tell me that in the first place. So I get home my rattle snake fries are regular cheese fries so I go back and let them know some other man came to the window trying to argue with me saying that it's supposed to be that way , no I have ordered them before so he finally goes oh I just forgot the jalapenos I said no the cheese sauce is the spicy sauce , he asked me to pull forward because they made a mistake nope not moving. So a woman comes to the window and tells me I have to move because they are dropping my fries fresh ( lies lies lies and more lies )so I tell her what I told him no I will not move so she starts getting rude telling me I'm on her timer , there's a car blah blah blah idc my food should have been made right . So I get my food get home and guess what they didn't even give me new fries same old fries with the right stuff on them my other food was so old my taco was stale , my chulpa was stale and so was my burrito. Ridiculous, I will be calling the general manager and also corporate this is ridiculous I have never been so disappointed since I moved here three...
