Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Valley

I ordered at the drive through,on fri 06/06/25 at about 10:26 my order #95, my order was $3.28 cents if handed her $20.00 , she gave me my food first,then gives me back my change inside the receipt.well she looks at me and say good day I also tell her good day.I forgot to check my hand with the receipt and change she had given me.low and behold u gets where am going and look inside the receipt and NO $16 dollars.so I go back to jacks in valley al,I first go back though the drive through and tell her she didn’t give me the correct change.stop I parked in went in long story short,the manager didn’t say good morning or hello nothing…….she had the most worst attitude! I showed my receipt,,she said I got to count down the register,with that bad attitude I felt in my guts that the $16 I wasn’t going to be getting it back,and turns and say the (manager)her register ain’t short and then she said matter of fact she short…am like ms, I have no terror lie.and I ask her do jacks have cameras section at the window.if so,run it back,that ghetto women looks at me and so no have a good day.so I said I hope u both enjoy that...

Pro: Nice staff, clean restaurant and really good looking food.

Con: Extremely bad service.

When I went to pick up my order there were people ahead of me with issues as well. Ordering burgers without things and receiving them with the excluded item.

I ordered a burger with no pickles or onion and even showed that on the receipt. Burger came with pickles and no lettuce, tomato or cheese.

I decided not to wasted time going back up to the front since it isn’t the end of the world but then my wife found she was missing the pies she ordered.

Just in the short period of sitting here typing this review I’ve watched multiple people waiting in line with complaints/issues.

Update: After waiting in line for 10 minutes we just decided to leave. When told that part of our order was missing we were told “I know” and “they’re cooking”.

So at this point we were told something we paid for was knowingly not added to our order and we weren’t told it was...

I don't usually write bad reviews because I also work in fast food and know how difficult it can be, but I've had more than one bad experience here. I've went during lunch hours many times and the service and food is always great, but night shift has messed my order up every single time. Tonight I went and ordered a double cheeseburger plain and a chicken finger meal, and when I got to the window I noticed that the receipt was all wrong. I told the lady at the window that I wanted a double cheeseburger plain instead of a regular single burger, and I heard her go tell someone in the back, to which the other worker started cussing and mumbling. They gave me my food and when I got home I found that my burger was not plain and I didn't get the ranch that I ordered with my tenders. I love Jacks and want to continue eating here, but I really hope that these issues will get...
