I got the sample platter here , with Mac & fries as a side. The only pro is the portion of it. So comb ur hair and start reading slowly.
Fries were just regular crinkle fries not bad not great
The Mac and cheese was some kids cuisine , I wish I knew what four cheeses where used so I never buy them in my life. It’s as bland as it gets. No salt 🧂 that’s not a thing here
The chicken must have only drank sand while it roamed earth it was dryer than a dinosaurs knee cap , again no flavor at all here
The sausage was the closest to digestible , nothing special
The ribs , were very small comparable to ribs from a small cat and were as dry as it gets. I’m glad they didn’t provide a drop of sauce as well so it could go with the drynesss theme here very elegant….i think the sausage was larger them tbh
Pulled pork, again bland and without a drop of sauce was just not cute. The frozen one from Walmart would take it in a race and leave it crying in last place
Last but not least the brisket, it came to fight my taste buds and lost. Tasted like a terrible reheat, it was dry and leathery
Should’ve know this food was going to be trash when there’s not one drop of juices from the meat found anywhere this was a reheat or old. Order had someone else’s name on everything must have been a cancel and heat up …..
Either way save ur money this place...
Read moreI really hate to give a bad review of a local restaurant. But this was an unpleasant experience today. We entered around 11:30am today for a Father’s Day lunch. We were only the third table to be seated. There was only one staff person covering hostess, bar and waitress duties plus taking phone orders. She was overwhelmed but kind. This restaurant was not staffed properly and we waited too long to even place our order. And way too long to receive our appetizer. In the midst a party of 15 came in and basically commandeered the restaurant. So loud that other parents and I across tables were mouthing to each other about how loud it was. We could no longer hear each other and I felt surrounded as they stood around talking behind me. Even though we talked to the staff, no actions were taken to talk to the party - they weren’t the only people there and two other families came in. On to the food, Mac and cheese was rather “artificial” tasting and I didn’t eat it passed three bites. Especially when their sides are $5-$7 each, this was disappointing. The “chick and oink sandwich” was, on the other hand, a wonderful mix of salty/sweet and crunchy. It was tasty. Room for improvement- crowd control, staffing, pricing and taste of sides. Another staff member came in and it still wasn’t enough to cover the people in...
Read moreSo, we went to get a pulled pork sandwich and a pastrami. Upon arrival, there was adequate parking and the restaurant was clean and smelled delicious upon entering. The service was really good. The onion rings were hot and tasteful. We ordered our food and when it arrived curiosity filled our table as I questioned why the pastrami has so many condiments on/in it such as thousand Islands dressing, to different cheeses, spicy mustard, and sour kraut (which I asked not to include). I sent the pastrami back and asked for just the pastrami with regular mustard, provolone cheese and marble bread. The pastrami arrived as ordered BUT it was not pastrami! It was CORNED BEEF!!! I asked the waitress what is the deal with their pastrami and she indicated to me that it is pastrami!!! Disgusting that she continued to lie about the meat and that it was disguised as pastrami on the original sandwich... The pulled pork tasted like pure chili powder, dusty, dry, lacking taste. We'll NEVER visit this restaurant again as they try to fool you on your choice of meat and prepare your sandwich with reckless abandon, lack of care, and pure dishonesty and that's how our meal tasted, like pure dishonesty. Truly a waste of time and money. If I could give the food at this "restaurant" ratings...
