03/27/23 update! My adult kids just went through the drive thru to grab dinner.
I have previously had good customer service at this particular location and even had the manager on duty come to the window so I could let him know, however today I was treated extremely rude by Jamaia. Waited forever to get my order taken, get to the window, she doesn’t say anything and just takes my card, brings me back my food and shoved out the window with my card and rudely says have a nice day. I asked for our drinks and she asks what they were. I saw that our sauce in the bag was busted all up and all over our food boxes and asked for more sauce and she rolls her eyes at me and is forcing me to grab my drinks. I told her I didn’t do anything and told her she was being very rude. She walked away and forcefully shut the drive thru windows. This was after I had a brief conversation with the person in the truck with me about killing people with kindness and with the state our country is in right now it’s hard at fast food restaurants as they are typically short staffed and people are stressed. But her attitude was beyond obnoxious and rude!!
*BONUS!! My fries were stiff as a board and almost taste like styrofoam!! 🙄🤦🏻♀️ And it was so fun taking out all the food from the bag and having everything covered in KFC...
Read moreI just want to address the customer service, and process of doing things at this location. I myself work in food. Multiple fast food locations over time. I came to this location tonight, and understanding it’s busy because of pandemic, because I’ve been there, I was patient waiting in the drive through line. Everything was fine till we were told to pull around. We waited about 10-15 for the food to come out, all while cars are pull by with their food. Another guest came up to the door and a worker walked out with my food asking her if it was hers. (I’m sure if you order online durning this pandemic, you should still be going through the drive through? No?) When the lady said no, instead of bringing my food to us, sitting right there, she took my food BACK inside, prepared the other ladies food for another 5 minutes or so, and brought all the food back out at once. At that point I was already asked to wait for food to be prepared, and expected for that wait, hot fresh food. Instead I got warm, chicken, cold fries, and cold Mac and cheese. I barley live 3 minutes from the location, so drive time was not the issue.
When asked if the food was still hot after waiting for that, the employee then gave a huge attitude assuring that it was “hot”, which as I stated above, it was not.
I’m mostly disturbed by her talking with my open bag of food to another guest, then taking my food back inside and back out. If that was done at my work, we’d be told to remake the food, because then it was considered tainted. This is a...
Read moreThis place needs to be shut down. On several occasions/Everytime I go there is a problem with my order or theirs no chicken. Today I went and waited 1 hour 10 minutes for 2 wings and a leg with coleslaw. I got no apologies just people complaining about other staff members even the manager spoke on how his staff is having problems getting orders out like hes not the problem. Everyone that came to the counter, because at this point I had to go inside, complained about their position trying to find another job. I mean I'm all for venting but it's not the time nor place. Everyone in this store hates each other and they the sabotage each others order. Saw it with my own eyes. Fire everybody start over with some folks that like their job and know how to make chicken recipe because the chicken was not the right color, cooked too hard and didn't taste like KFC normally taste and I only have complaints with this KFC. I'll never go there again. It's not the same from when I first moved in the area. Horrible attitudes. The guy at the drivethru tried to get me to tell him what his coworker said to me and I knew he was trying to get her fired. People are not robots we feel....
