This specific location has got to be the worst Taco Bell in the state of Michigan!!! The only time a customer can get descent service, and their order made quickly and correctly, is before 4:30PM, and that’s only Monday-Friday!!! And I am not only speaking for my personal experience. I have been told by local friends and neighbors, that they also suffer disappointment and frustration, every time they go to (or order online) from this Belleville, MI (Rawsonville Rd) location, anytime after 4-4:30pm! The lack of respectable Management is horribly apparent! They literally close the dine-in area, whenever they feel like it! Today they closed the dine-in area at 5:40pm (disregarding the store hours listed on the public entrance doors)! I know this fact, because as usual, my online order was given to me incorrectly, and I had to go inside to have them correct it, but was quickly told that they dining room was closed! But, lucky me, they decided to allow me to wait inside for my order, since they admittedly realized they botched my order! And even when I got home I realized that the order was still incorrect, as I asked for no beans in my burrito, and instead I got extra beans in the burrito!! Actually, the entire meal was greasy, messy and disgusting! I really thought if I at least placed my online order before 4:30, that I might’ve had a chance that a day shift employee, might’ve gotten my order and prepared it correctly… but of course I was wrong! When I arrived to pick up my order, no one had even started on it yet! They always seem to completely ignore Grubhub or Doordash orders, until the driver or customer, pulls up to their drive-thru. This location should truly close every day at 4pm, until Taco Bell is able to provide them with a serious Store/General Manager, and not just some semi-adult, that is just as immature as the childish staff, that works the afternoon-night shifts! There is absolutely NO example of good work ethic or leadership (during late hour shifts) at this Taco Bell location! And I’m sure it’s just a matter of time, before one of these awful, unsupervised employees, does something inexcusable, that will warrant a lawsuit!!! Please do something about Management for off-hour shifts at this location, so that local residents, and myself, don’t have to be inconvenienced by having to travel further out of our way, to be able to purchase Taco Bell for...
Read moreBe careful buying food here because it is always a risk. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to an hour or longer isn't unusual for this location. They are constantly out of food, the equipment is down, the employees can be rude, they can be short staffed. I have had many times where they were out of beef, chicken, etc. They are often out of items and the manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Going to this taco bell is a risk and if you use the mobile app you may not get your order. If you order something on the mobile app and they are out of it you might not be able to get a refund. The taco bell team that handles refunds is not this location and is done through the phone. Unfortunately, each time i've had an issue, I never received a refund and just lost my money and didn't get the items I paid for. This is one of the worst taco bell locations I have been to. They have a long way to go. They need to hire more people if and when they can do so. They need to figure out and hire managers who can successfully fill orders and have enough inventory to feed the customers. A taco bell should not run out of beef when that is one of the main ingredients used in tacos, burritos, or any of the other entrees and sides at taco bell. They should not have this be a constant issue on a daily basis. This taco bell needs help from higher staff and management as well as corporate leaders to be on a more professional status. I think that employees and the leadership here needs to be retrained and the manager needs to learn how to do correct inventory by people who know what they are doing. I had a manger slam my food down on the table after she made it. My mother requested sauce a different visit and the manager had a temper tantrum and threw a fit because she had to go back...
Read moreNight shift RUDE STAFF AND RUDE MANAGER. I made a drive thru order for $20.63. The 12 Pack of Cinnabons were missing from my order. I got back in line and waited 8 minutes to get up to the speaker, I explained what was missing from my order, the girl said they found the item and to pull forward. There were about 5 cars in line. I pulled up next to the car at drive thru thinking someone would run the missing food out to me like they do at McDonalds. The girl in drive thru window started yelling at me that I needed to stay in line. I said no one told me that, they told me to pull forward. Then some dark haired short ugly kid started yelling at me rudely to drive back around the building and get back in line. There were now at least 10 cars in line. I explained my other food was getting cold and asked they bring my missing items out to me. They kept yelling at me so I got out and walked up to the window and asked for a manager. This other guy said he was the manager and to get back in line. The Cinnabons were sitting right there so I asked them just to hand it to me, then all three staff started in on me so I yelled back at them how this was their mistake and someone should bring it to me or remake whole order because it was getting cold, they said I had to get back in line. I told the manager I would dispute charge at my bank and make a complaint at headquarters. There were plenty of staff, someone could have easily run their mistake out to my truck. Terrible customer service, I will never go back to this store at night. The day shift team is great, especially the mature lady with short brown hair. When she runs the drive thru I never have an issue, orders are correct and...
