Burger King — Restaurant in Ypsilanti Charter Township

So around 1:30 pm on July 17th 2019 I went thru the drive thru and ordered a double cheeseburger minus a few items and as I completed my order I simply stated that I did still wanted pickles on my burger, the girl on the speaker sarcastically replied by saying "Does the screen say minus pickle??" in a very sarcastic condescending tone, to which I made a comment about because she was quite rude When I arrived at the window the manager was already aware that I felt offended about the rudeness I experienced while placing my order and asked if there was an issue, and I informed him of how rude the order taker was and his response was to laugh in my face along with the rude order taker. After such blatant disrespect I demanded my money back and the manager's response was "Good. We dont want your money." I feel that this particular establishment has an issue with racism, it was quite obvious that they treated me so poorly because my skin color was far lighter than theirs. Had I been African American I doubt I would've been treated so poorly. I've made an official complaint with corporate as well, and will continue to call corporate until something is done about the terrible...

I stopped at this Burger King and placed my order outside paying with my credit card. After arriving home, I asked my wife if she had the receipt since the food I ordered was for her. She checked the bag and it only contained the food. At that point, I placed a call to this store and the phone rang between 15 and 20 times or more before someone finally picked up the phone. I told this individual that I had not received my receipt and wanted the total. At this point he informed me that I would have to drive all the way back to get a receipt. When I arrived at the store, the manager who failed to give me the receipt the first time simply asked me what I had and printed me a receipt showing a total that could have been given to me on the phone saving me from having to drive back to this store burning $3.60 per gallon gasoline. Next time I will go to McDonald's or Wendy's where I always get a receipt for my purchase at the time my card is ran and I don't have to return...

I went there today for lunch. Went to the drive thru, wasn't greeted just told to place my order. I ordered a whopper Jr. With cheese and no onion or pickles. And fries. I pull up to the window she took my card gave it back with no receipt. I get back to work with my food, I open up my burger and there's NO cheese and there are pickles and onions!! My fries were half full. Nice how they don't care enough to greet you or get the order right. They weren't busy so this is unacceptable. I can't call and refer to the receipt, bc I didn't get one! So I have no clue who took my order. But this is the last time I go to this location. Thanks for making my hard...
