I recently visited Tim Hortons and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and the warm and friendly staff. It was an experience that left me feeling satisfied and eager to return. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine smile and a warm welcome.

The staff at Tim Hortons truly went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to assist with any questions I had. Whether it was helping me choose the perfect coffee blend or suggesting a delectable pastry to accompany my order, their enthusiasm and expertise shone through.

What impressed me the most was the efficient and fast service. Despite the high number of customers, the staff worked diligently to ensure everyone was served promptly. It was evident that they had a well-organized system in place, which allowed them to maintain a steady flow while still providing individual attention to each customer.

Not only did the staff excel in their service, but their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. The positive energy in the air was infectious, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. It was refreshing to see employees who genuinely seemed happy to be there and eager to make their customers' day better.

This is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Keep in mind that I only ever order 1 coffee here if i dreadfully ever have to because i ran out at home, they will not even start making it until I'm at the window and have paid and even then they are incredibly slow at making the coffee. Even if I am the only person in line, it's at least 5 minutes at best but realistically its more like 8 minutes on average before I'm on my way back on the road. Rude evening crew greets you at the speaker with "what do you want?" and every time, I say I'd like a XL coffee and before I can even finish saying the word coffee let alone say how many creams or sugars, I get interrupted with "what else you want" in such a rude tone of voice as if I'm such a burden that they have to pour a liquid into a paper cup.

The morning crew has a better attitude compared to the evenings and if the evening crew was anything like the morning crew this may be closer to a 2 or maybe 3 star review, but they are still far to slow to the point if you are even somewhat in a rush to get to work or you're trying and beat traffic, you really are better off making your own coffee at home.

Side note: I used to work at a tim hortans back in 2008, the goal was to service customers in within 60 seconds from the time they ordered to the time the pull up to the window, it only takes about 15 seconds to make someone a single cup of coffee no matter the size and the ammount of sugars and cream. I want to let you know I drove transportation from airport to home for customer I stopped by a lot of different location with Tim Horton I love the coffee especially expresso and I like to know some of the location like the one on Middlebelt and Ecorse think not too far from the airport this one leaking water in the bathroom for over month to month I do not know that two-week they fix it or not the one on Telegraph had to block before Wick Road in Taylor City double shot IPA normally dollar 58 old man over there if you tried to charge me almost $4 I do not buy it and I like to know some of the location like the one on Middlebelt and Ecorse think not too far from the airport this one leaking water in the bathroom for over a month to month I do not know last 2 weeks they fix it or not the one on Telegraph add to block before work Road in Taylor City double shot I pay normally dollar 58 old man over there he tried to charge me almost $4 I do not buy it a lot of location nice and clean one think very important worker they do not said thank you to the customer they not even know how they give a smile none of the location I win and a lot of different location a lot even a Brighton and Fenton Michigan they do not say thank you to...
