They messed up my order. I told the guy while I was there, he said he was crediting money to my account. He didnt want to remake it because it was the end of the night and he was trying to get home. I understood and he was nice about it so it wasn't a problem. When I called in another manager told me the guy was in training and he told him not to credit it because he did the order correct. The manager kept arguing with me even though I called in after ordering online and told them the online order wouldn't allow me to type in exactly how I wanted my pizza so I spoke with them and told them exactly how to do it. The manager eventually said he was going to give me a credit and to just ask for him next time I ordered.I was going to order again but ended up not being able to place an order on that specific day that I spoke with the manager. Now as I'm calling in to order, the manager told me if it's been over 30 days he won't honor the credit. He never told me that to begin with. I said so is that a no? He said that's a no.    Read moreOrdered on the app for delivery. Actually recieved my order within the time quoted however, was missing my wings. I called the store and was put on hold for 17 minutes before I hung up and called back. I was then placed on hold for another 20 minutes before someone came back on the line. I expressed my concern very respectfully and was told there were no drivers and that i could get a credit for my next order. Needless to say I will most likely not order from this particular restaurant again, this is not the first time I've had an issue here, so I asked for a refund on the wings I did not receive. I was told it would take a couple days. I'll update in a few days and let it be known if I recieved my refund or not.

I was contacted a couple times from the manager (missed the call but got the voicemail). He was very apologetic and seemed genuine. I walk in and was told to wait a second and someone would help me, no biggie. Then I noticed that the girl making pizzas was making pizzas with NO GLOVES! Super unsanitary. Then they couldnât find my order at first.
