Probably one of the worst little caesars you can go to in the area. Usually have issues with going to this location. Hot n ready pizza is usually not possible here and you should order ahead of time before going to the restaurant. The restaurant is usually busy and understaffed. The staff that is there can be unfriendly and appear careless. I asked why the price of two items was so high and was met with an aggressive attitude, stare, and the employee told me that I should look at the prices before I order. She was rude and unprofessional. She asked if I wanted her to go through the items ordered and then realized she accidentally charged me for the same item twice. She was unapologetic and still acted like it was my fault and that asking her to reread the items ordered was such a hassle and it was beneath her and so was I for asking. I felt awkward going back to the store and hope I don't run into that employee again because I would rather not run into that person again. If you use the mobile app or order online you can pick up from the pizza portal and save time and not have to possibly interact with this rude employee. The food quality is not great and I feel like they were already cheap on their ingredients and are still cheap and getting cheaper on ingredients. The prices have gone up on the pizza which was their only value offering. Prices on other things such as breadsticks, cheesebread, sauces, and other offerings are either on par with competitors prices or higher which is alarming because little caesars has less quality than all if not most pizza places. The pizza here is nothing special, the employees here could be rude and uncaring, your wait may be a long time at this location. You're honestly better off going to any of the many other pizza places around and paying more or using coupons to pay around the same price. The greasy watery pizza isn't worth...
Read morethis the first time Iâve experienced an issue at this location. I had my friend call the order in over the phone, I went to pick the food up. The guy that checked me out read out the order (extra most bestest, onions all over, banana peppers on one side) to confirm it. I paid & left. When I got home, i realized I had the wrong order. I called up here to let them know that I was bringing the food back because it wasnât the right order. When i called, the girl on the phone was clueless and gave the phone to another guy. The guy got on the phone and told me it was NO way I was able to customize my extra most bestest because they donât do that, i then gave the phone to my friend because he was the one who actually put the order in. Amongst him trying to explain that he was indeed able to customize the order, the guy on the phone told him âlisten dude, i donât have to give you your foodâ then hung up.
We got in the car to take the food back and get a refund because i no longer wanted the food. (I have this on video recording).
I was told there that i wasnât even in the system. He said there was NO âKyâ in the system. they also said they wasnât able to customize the order BUT look at the receipt they gave me when they refunded the order. If they didnât have a record of me in the system, why does the receipt say âcall in Kyâ?
if it was impossible to customize our order then why does the receipt say âextra cheese, onion, right: banana peppersâ?
this was the most DUMBEST thing Iâve ever experienced...
Read moreAt 6:00pm I was finally able to place an order after the phone was answered after about 12-15 rings. I ordered a 8 corner deep dish, a hot and ready (1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni) and two crazy breads. I get there at 6:28pm only to find out that they hadnât even prepared or put the deep dish in the oven yet. The girl behind the counter felt really bad and offered either a free crazy bread or free 2 liter of pop and told me it would take about ten minutes. I took the crazy bread, sat down and waited for at least 15-20 min. I asked her if the deep dish was ready yet and she responded that it was almost done. Then once it came out of the oven she couldnât find the other pizza. I believe she was embarrassed and just walked to the back of the store while two guys were fumbling around. I asked if I could just take a pepperoni. One of them comes over and just hands me the pizzas and nobody even apologized for the huge inconvenience. This all happened after an hour and a half commute from work...
