If there aren't 6 ditzy teenagers on duty that act embarrassed simply existing, then there's only ever 2 people working at any given time. Either way, expect to wait 20-40 minutes for your food. Any food. The only thing more upsetting than their service is their lack of consistency. I've walked into this Burger King to order a LTO item (Candied bacon whopper, cloud foam drink, birthday pie) and walked out because they didn't have it, more times than I've successfully made a purchase here.
Today, on national hamburger day, dinner rush 6pm, they have 3 people on staff. Only two of which (the two younger men) actually seemed to be doing anything. At 5:45pm My wife and I placed 2 separate orders to be picked up at 6. When I showed up at 6 not one person acknowledged me. That's fine, I waited on the online order pickup side for roughly 20 minutes before they finally had mine put together. Of course they did not have the birthday pie, the one thing I actually paid for. It's 6:20pm now. I tell them I'm also picking up for my wife, to which I am told they don't have an order with her name. I'm not going to back and forth argue with this lady, so I walk all the way out to the car and pull up my wife's order on the phone. Turns out the order was on the receipt printer for close to 40 minutes at this point and they just didn't bother to look...
It's close to 6:30 at this point, but 30 minutes later they're finally aware of my wife's order. A single burger and some onion rings. Not one person has walked in and placed an order after me mind you. Im rightfully upset at this point so I'm paying attention to who's doing what so I can just get my order and leave. I see them scoop up some onion rings for a drive thru customer, and then go drop some more in the fryer. "Great! At least she'll have fresh rings" I think to myself. I wait, and I wait, and I walk out to the car and tell my wife she's getting fresh onion rings and don't worry babe it'll all be worth it. I then watched them, after 5 more minutes of waiting for onion rings at this point, scoop up the smallest amount of old cold onion rings and stick it in the bag 10 seconds before dumping fresh ones in the basket.
If we hadn't spent more than probably $7 total across two orders utilizing app deals I would be all over this franchise owner because this is a consistent issue. Instead I'll just tell everyone I know never to...
Read moreOkay so I walk into the BK and already I see many problems wrong with this establishment. For starters the floors are greasier than my hair after the gym and i almost slipped and busted my head open like a coconut. I asked staff if they could clean it up and they looked at me as if i just slapped their mom. They scoffed and i proceeded to order a big ol whooper classic, am i right. I Had to wait 30 MINUTES FOR ONE WHOOPER how insane is that!!!! Before i eat i go into the bathroom and it is hideous i mean there were feces smeared all over the wall and toilet it was nasty!! I proceed to do my business and some kid walks in and starts recording and laughing like are you making fun of me. I run out and just pray that the burger i got was good and i kid you not i almost threw up just looking at the thing. It had bubbly fluids so i assume someone spit on it and it had pimple looking bread with green stains on it. It was hideous and i went up to staff and they just laughed and started recording embarrassing me in front of many people so i ran off. This is the worst experience i've ever had and will never ever recommend this establishment ever!!! This picture below is an accurate representation of what...

At 8:15pm while having dinner my two little girls ages 5 & 8 were playing on the indoor playground equipment; 3 adult-sized “teenagers” showed up to hang out & play around. A lady with her 2 small grand-children told the “teenager’s” that they were too big and “they” began to get mouthy towards the grandmother. I showed “them” the playground rules clearly stated that the equipment was for children ages 4-10 years old. The ring leader just got mouthier. I went to the front counter and asked why paying customers were being harassed by non-paying transients. The leader of the 3 punks jumps up and started to come at me with clenched fists so I squared up. Then an employee came at me from my left side for attack. His fists up saying “let’s fight this is my bro, let’s go, you want a piece of me”… Luckily the manager came over and interrupted before things got ugly.
I called Van Buren Police Department @ 8:32pm and filled a report. The brother and friends of the employee took off before the police arrived. The Grandmother that was initially assaulted by the “teenager” also gave a report to the VBPD police officers.
NOT A PLACE FOR...
