I will NEVER go to THIS location EVER AGAIN. They only have ONE drive through line and the SECOND lane is for MOBILE ORDER ONLY. The TINY signs telling you which lane to get in are NOT visible Through Traffic THEREFORE 5 cars infront me, MYSELF and ALL the cars behind me ALL got in the "mobile order only" line without realizing it, UNTIL it was tooooo late and EVERYONE was blocked in. Once we all got around the side of the building to oder from the 5 teenagers standing in a group doing nothing, One employee came over and told each car in the mobile line to LEAVE and EXIT back on to the highway and they CANT take our order because "we were in the wrong line" EVEN THOUGH every person in line could clearly see 5 teenagers with oder tablets standing in a group talking INSTEAD OF TAKING OUR ORDERS!!! Therefore at least 5-8 people waited 20 minutes TO NOT GET TO ODER OR GET FOOD. I only get a 30 minute lunch break Therefore I got to go back to work STARVING with no food. Read moreLeaving this solely due to the manager I just spoke with — we placed an order via the app for ONE lemonade 5 minutes before closing and pulled up to retrieve said lemonade at 8:59pm. The drive thru mobile order pick up lane was already closed so we attempted to go inside to pick up the mobile order lemonade and the door was locked. We were then told we could not get the lemonade and that the app would refund us. I asked the manager if we could simply buy another one then and she very curtly + rudely said “they don’t have anymore.” So, I guess they dump the lemonade before they’re even closed?
I understand we made a last minute dash to get this lemonade but I’m leaving this review because the customer service we received from the manager was rude and ridiculous. & it’s in complete opposition of every wonderful experience I’ve had at the Fort Smith - Rogers Ave location and really any other location in the U.S. for that matter.

Read moreI’ve tried to give it the benefit of the doubt out of all of the times we’ve gone through, but they always forget SOMETHING from our order, nearly every time.
Last week I placed an order for my family, including 2 LARGE fries, and got home with only 1 of 2 fries.
Today, we got 2 salads with dressing and only received 1 dressing packet of choice (despite ordering 2 $10 salads) so only one us got to use the dressing. I’m typically not one to write reviews, but the fact that it’s happened multiple times, now 2 times within 2 weeks, I’m hoping they’ll see this and train their staff better on making sure every piece of the order is placed in the bag before giving to the customer.
Love Chick-Fil-A, and so happy to see it in Van Buren, but I’m hoping this will get...
