The customer service was amazing, but my decaf white chocolate americano tastes like coffee water. Lol I know it's just coffee and water, I used to be a barista for years around Seattle, but this tastes worse than what I'd make in a regular coffee pot and I know pulled shots taste better. I'm not that picky of a person, I don't even care how many seconds the shot is really, but....I've never had a coffee that tastes like this lol. I just want to throw it out, I'm not sure what is up with it? Lol. Tastes like someone just ran the water out of an old coffee pot and didn't rinse it or something haha. Sorry guys! With that being said, I would go back to give them another chance. Could just be an off thing with their machine or decaf. Idk. Maybe it's just my tastebuds lol. But I had a decaf white chocolate Americano that was way better this week at a different location.... Read moreLast five times I have ordered from the Dutch Brothers I have ordered the same thing I always get, a cold poor kicker with caramel drizzle all in around the cup. Literally the last five times they have not added any caramel drizzle. One time I noticed before I pulled away and was able to get them to do it and they put barely any. This last time I had my stepfather get my drink for me and I said very expensively make sure they had caramel drizzle because for some reason every time I order it they don't put it in. He made an extensive point to mention the caramel drizzle and yet again there is none. I am pretty positive that I'm paying extra for this every time they do this but by the time I have left and gotten home to put it in the refrigerator for the next morning is when I realize there's no caramel and I'm not going to get back in my car to drive for caramel drizzle. Read moreThey used my card on wrong tablet, so I payed for my order and the order for other side of the line. It was an honest mistake. It was busy. I noticed this happening so I checked my bank account as it happened and sure enough my card was charged twice. I told the working manager and he said the order was voided. And to check my account to be sure it came off. Looked on bank account and noticed it was still not removed. The manager told me to write them an email. The email they provide doesnt work. So I decide to go down there and ask about it. The lady was very kind. And tried her best to help. She asked for my card. Which I showed her. And she wasn't able to find the order I was talking about which was very odd. She said she could give me points which I Didn't mind cuz I like this place. She scanned my Dutch bros app. And the points were never loaded....
