I am a mom to a 3.5yo and to a 3 week old and thought I'd spend some (hard to come by) time and money on myself to boost the confidence and get some good for the mental health "me time" in. BIG MISTAKE going here. I would give zero stars if I could. First of all, when I walked in the employees were all on their phones. The sign for services and prices was very small and hard to read. When I picked out my color I sat across from the manicurist who didnt say a single word to me the entire time. Never offered additional services, a glass of water, or even extended a "how is your day going?" Okay, that's fine. No small talk is okay with me. But then after she quickly filed my nails did spend some time removing skin around my nails and cuticles. Then she very quickly painted my nails. Stood up and said now sit and let them dry for about 15 to 20 minutes. Umm... okay I'll sit here staring at a wall or the tv that is placed on the wall that has no sound and is left on the menu option on YouTube with nothing playing and offered no sound when it was playing before. Once the employee left me to sit and let my quickly painted nails dry, she joined the other 2 employees who were also on their phones the entire time. During my non relaxing or enjoyable "drying period" my thumb nail got messed up so I told the employee, she offered to fix it. Thankfully. But in between costs she was on her phone ever second she could fit in. And once it was finished, she resumed to the front couches to join the other employees who sat around on their phone the remainder of the time I was there. So, I thought to myself, hmm this place must require upgrade to deluxe manicure if you want a massage or lotion or cuticle oil used.... and I tipped the lady fairly generously considering the lack of work she did. And I went on my way. Got to my car and cried. Because I just spent hard earned and hard to come by money on myself for a service I could have performed myself. And I would have only been away from my babies for 30 mins max and could have used that money on diapers for our newborn. So, I got upset, called the place, as I had already left. I asked how much a standard manicure was and if you get critical oil, lotion, and massage? She said yes you do. So I told her I was just in there and didnt receive any of that. She said, yes I was the manicurist who did your nails and I did all that. I said, no you did not. She argued that she put lotion on me and massaged while I was watching t.v with no sound. ... I am a mom to a 3 week old, if I got a massage of ANY magnitude, I would have been thankful and in heaven. I argued, no maam you did not. That is a lie to keep saying you did. She then offered a completely awkward redo if I came back and wasted more time sitting awkwardly in front of someone who cared less about my experience with her service. I dont have time for that I told her and I also let her know the service she provided was not quality. I hope she considers this for her next client and that we dont have time to go back for quality...

Worse experience I’ve had. I thought it was going to be a good place to go and get my nails done because of the ratings I saw on the internet and some reviews were great. But I’m guessing that those employees that got the good reviews were not working that day because honestly the girls that were there had no personality very dry tried making a conversation to let her know exactly what I was looking for but she just kept cutting me off. Also she kept on burning me the whole time after I told her she was hurting me and did not care an let’s not say the least the end result was awful it was not the right shape some were more pointy then others I showed her a picture of I asked for almond shape also she left them so bulky big it looked like I had gone to the store and bought some press on's. Overall I was not a happy camper so no I will never go back to this place i literally I wasted my money. So...

This place was a nightmare. I had a previous experience getting a pedicure here and it was fine. But today the nail tech cut me and I had to tell her to stop because my toe was bleeding. She ignored me and put super glue on the wound and tried put my foot back in the water. I refused, since I was no longer comfortable with her proceeding with the pedicure, she got mad and just walked away to do someone else's nails. I was left just sitting there, I finally had to tell one of the other nail techs that this wasn't okay and that I'd just leave. I never got an apology even though I was left bleeding. I would give this place zero stars, I wasn't going to pay someone to butcher my feet. They shouldn't treat...
