Always friendly and helpful. Great service! There is a small fee per item per day IF it is a large package AND if you don't pick it up within a few days. This was clearly explained up front. We pick up daily so we have never been charged extra but it is nice to know if we needed to leave stuff there while on vacation or something we have that option. I don't think they ever charge extra for items that fit in your box.

Items that fit in your box show up there and you can pay for after hours access to that. Packages that don't fit in your box are logged and you get a notice in your box.

They even text us each day a package is received, this costs a little extra each month, but it's totally worth it.
