Read moreCame in today and order a Chicken Breast Bowl and another bowl to go. Got home and and began to enjoy our meal. Less than half way into eating, I tried to bite into a piece of chicken and couldn't bite through it. My husband tried to bite a different piece and also found that he couldn't bite all the way through. It seemed that quite a few pieces (maybe pieces from a different breast left over) ended up in my bowl that may have been under cooked. They were tough and I couldn't chew. Just spit it out. I called the restaurant and they ask that I bring it in, which I did immediately. That was pointless. The manager brushed me off saying that all the chicken in the bowl looked the same, they have been giving it out all day with no issues, the grill is at 200°, and no other complaints. She also mentioned that I had eaten almost half the meal. Umm... yes! Not like I could have magically picked out the undercooked pieces. She just disregarded everything I was trying to explain. I wasn't looking for an new meal or even a refund, just for them to be careful. It's poultry. People can get sick... But she didn't...
Read moreIf you go here, only order teriyaki. I have had it before, and its fine, but I recently ordered the orange chicken. Now, I didn't notice anything weird at first, some onions and carrots and peppers with it which was fine. But then I kept eating it. While the chicken and onions and peppers were good, then I started to inspect my dish after I noticed a piece of corn.. which, then I found things that didn't belong- canned veggies, like the pea/carrot/green bean/lima bean blend. The carrots from the can were small square chunks overcooked like in a soup and there were also clearly large fresh slices thrown in- as well as the obvious bottom of it being waterlogged. Just weird. If a customer asks for veggies, you make more, you don't just throw a can of soggy precooked veggies - YOU ARE A TERIYAKI RESTAURANT. So i'll recommend this place for teriyaki only, so far I haven't noticed them putting weird...
